I think Giantoy invoice before the stock arrives, whereas Kit waits until he's received it.

I prefer it this way. Giantoy makes me feel more important than Kit does.

This is always such a nerve wracking process, every figure LIM releases, the team is always afraid that something will go wrong during this stage as we can't be at the factory overseeing every copy that is boxed and there's always that pesky thought in the back of our minds that people will hate it when they have it in hand even though we did our best on it. It reminds me of Naughty Dog's own experience with their game releases and how the entire studio is always terrified that their next game will be the one that shuts them down.

Exciting!!! Hope no quality issues! Otherwise expect some long novels from me haha fingers crossed!!!

I think it will be fine not every figure is perfect and you can't please everyone but as long as you guys put the effort into making it that will shine through. I'm for sure going to love it regardless if I believe it to have flaws or not. But hopefully no qc issues are found in any of them.

Sadly that's something we can't 100% control, we are in touch with the factory while they pack the figures and they must report any issues to us but there's a ton of people boxing thousands upon thousands of figures from several brands at the same time and there's always that chance one of them will forget an accessory or miss a defect on your copies. Even bigger companies like InArt can't escape from this.

I'm sure everything gonna be just fine! I'm optimistic!
Don't mention InArt, their quality control is horrible, my first order with them was Aragorn and he came with a peeled off nose. Never experienced that with Lim, (I I noticed Nathan box has foam cutout in a profile position, that was super smart to avoid nose peeling) have 4 Arthurs and all of them are just perfect! Fingers crossed Nathan also gonna be flawless, I have 3 on PO.

InArt is definitely getting a reputation for poor quality control. And poor customer service if you’re the unlucky one. Hot Toys or Damtoys may be a better example but I get your point.

I truly hope you get past this stage with no issue or stress brother!! I cannot WAIT to pay and get Nathan, if I'm not mistaken I might be the first one to PO with Kit, I kept refreshing non stop on the day of the PO until it went live hahaha!

I store them in hometown with my parents and never see most of them again lol as my display space is pretty limited and I put top favorites out, whenever I’m in hometown lol yes I remember I got few of that Leon heads, don’t even remember how many bc it was so bad never seen them since then lol

on bad customer service from inArt. Got my Batman with broken Dart gun an missing magnet in the wrist peg. inArt never apologised for the issues, they just claimed it to be users fault and offered replacement for which I should’ve payed myself. In the end Kit payed the replacement, best guy around.

I also am very low on space but I have 6 Arthur Morgans in my room but they are all displayed different fits and poses! I also bought 2 John's to have a spare one. Is it because you want to have spares if yours get damaged or something? Or you wanna keep them till you're old to open them later and have good memories? Sorry for the off-topic question xD.

Lately I really went a little crazy with buying figures, I feel the urge to buy one, this is a very addictive hobby.... Good thing I do not have many favorite characters, I don't care for Marvel or Star Wars, thank god. I'm only into Games and a very few select other characters.

Usually I buy multiples of my fav characters, not everything. I save up money for the house, where definitely gonna have a collection room. (But if I continue with this fashion probably never gonna be able to buy it lol) In my imagination I want to recreate my favorite moments from the games/movies on display, for that gonna need multiples. My fav characters list is pretty short lol Also feeling better if I have a spare copy of my fav figure in case something happens to another one. I haven't sold anything from my collection and probably never gonna will, but have gifted multiple high end collectables to my closest friends. Recently I got more picky and probably gonna cancel few of my impulse POs, sorry Kit in advance.

Same. When I really like a figure or a head sculpt I like to have a second one. Don't really know why either. Most of the time it just stays in the/a box but it's just good to know that it's there... There's always this obnoxious urge... I know I'm a weirdo...
