Whatever you think is necessary. I think it's a crying shame that we may have lost Alex, she was always a pleasure to deal with and even though I think ARH is over priced Averone does his best.

Don't know, we just notice she's over at statue forum more than here and the last couple times she was answering questions some people seemed to give her a bit of attitude. Same thing is happening over in the ARH threads to Averone at times. People don't seem to realize that these Rep's come here of their own accord to answer questions the best they can and aren't here to be a punching bag for whatever people think is wrong with Sideshow or any other company.

So if she's not here as much because of that, it's a damn shame.

Alex is as courteous a rep as I have seen in forums. I have perused and commented in forums for games I have worked on in the past and people are just ridiculous. The entitlement they feel and the negative attitudes they convey towards people who work for the company is just appalling. I hope Alex can give us another shot but if people are just being aholes on here, than I can see why she would shy away. We really need to start yanking people who treat the reps with such utter disrespect and arrogance.

with all that said has anyone actually seen any of this happen? Ive seen SSalex comment a lot and I've never seen anything malicious..maybe she was just on statueforum and we're making more out of something when it really isn't anything…
