Logan (2017) Speculation

I do have that feeling it'll be even more then Days Wolverine but I'll take it because this is the version I want. Dofp wolverine costume was only seen briefly while logan has multiple looks that can work no matter what. We probably will just get wolverine but a x-23 laura two pack would be sweet.

I honestly don't think this ones a go guys.


I realize we saw DOFP wolverines and I think deadpool and other single figures after the movie already hit but there's just something about this film that I think won't make them want to make a figure.

I've been in this game for awhile and it's the kind of thing i just sense. I'm not always, but usually I am.

But I'd say a third party x23 and probably several third party logans is totally inevitable

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I guess I will throw the cold water into the collective face...to put things into perspective...Dr Strange - the movie released in November of 2016...pictures were shown before / around September of 2016 with the figure being promised for release in September-ish of 2017...realistically if Hot Toys were going to release a Logan figure anyone who wanted it would have already paid their NRD to Sideshow and we would all be discussing the likeness of the headsculpt...there will not be a Logan figure and all of the e-mails to Hong Kong will not change that...sorry...

Vts makes pretty decent figures. I got the Wastland ranger. Which 3rd party toy company would you want to see make the Logan figure(probably going to be named claw man). I wouldve wanted one from hot toys though. CGL toys made a pretty cool looking Ian McKellen version of magneto.

Right. I gotta try that out soon. I've never done it before; it sounds fun. Did you ever want to learn how to sculpt? I know it takes years, but did you ever have any interest?

I've wanted to learn how to sculpt AND paint for some time now. Haven't seen the xenoviper sculpt though, what's it look like?

You do realize Hot Toys have released figures later on after the film was released. Days of Future Past Wolverine didn't get released up for order until later that year when the movie was released months ago so there is a possisble chance we will get a Logan figure but still it is debatable. Again just because it isn't released right away for a movie coming out doesn't mean it won't get made.

Same thing for the figure from The Wolverine. I think the movie was out in July but the figure didn't go up for pre-order until the end of September. I think it's a pretty safe bet that we'll at least get a Logan figure going off of the fact that there have been figures of him from the last four films that he was a major part of (obviously not counting the small parts he had in First Class or Apocalypse). Highly doubtful that we'll get a Professor X or X-23 though.

Just saw it, it's definitely not a bad sculpt! I haven't started learning just yet, seems like a fun hobby though, one that could get ya somewhere if you're good enough!

Well, the title of the thread is " Logan (2017) Speculation ".

Great movie. It's a shame that the individual Reavers were not given more prominent roles. Apart from Pierce, the others blend in with the cannon fodder. I can see that another Logan and maybe X-23 might be on the cards but doubtful much more.
