Really appreciate the in depth post here! Can't thank you enough. Also very happy to hear its also slightly wider in the torso as well. Definitely want it to fill out the tank top. Again the TT19 is just lacking IMO.
Absolutely, I'm very glad to help. Plenty of others have given time so that I could reach where I am in the project, so I'm more than happy to pass that along to someone else. Even if in the end, you don't find the WB to be big enough (which I pretty much doubt), you'll be more than satisfied with the quality. It's the best aftermarket body I've used outside official HT.

From what I can tell based on my Worldbox AT012 bodies and your endorsement, I'm sure I will be. Really like the heft too. Also glad to hear that's a staple for them.

Funny thing is the eBay vendor I purchased my broad shoulder bodies from packed them in nothing but a shipping envelope. I was pissed needless to say. But when I opened them up they were intact and solid.

Bruce Wayne, you're right. I also cant wait for the X 24, not because I want to bash a X 24 figure, but because the likeness was so spot on. I just feel like i have to get that, well mainly because I'm a big Wolverine fan.

I definitely understand. My two favorite superhero characters growing up were Batman and Wolverine. Spider-Man was always a close third. Something about those characters I'm sure, resonate with "dudes" because of their many themes and typical male tropes that are relateable in fiction.

Even though X-24 is technically not Wolverine, it's still Hugh Jackman. And that's a good enough reason for me to want the x-24 sculpt.

I'll admit, I was somewhat upset when Dougray Scott was cast as Wolverine for X1, but at the time I was willing to give it a shot. It's not like us fans really had a choice or even a voice on the internet back then. Then all of a sudden Hugh Jackman was cast and at the time I thought a 6 foot leading man type is no where near what I had in mind for Wolverine. But over the years Hugh Jackman won me over.

Despite all my own personal qualms about what I think Wolverine should be, none of it really matters in the end. There are younger generations now who don't necessarily look to the comics for their version of Wolverine. Instead they'll look to Hugh Jackman. Even though he's done with the character, he's embedded the idea of who Logan is into the minds of the general audience. And I can't complain about that. Especially when you've got a guy like Hugh Jackman who gave as much as he did to the character over the years.

And you can't deny his passion for the character as well. We as comic book fans are soo lucky that he was willing to give the 17 years and that he cared that much to finally get it right with Logan. He always voiced his need for wanting to do Wolverine justice. Although personally I thought he finally had it down with The Wolverine and Days of Future Past. Logan was just icing on the cake.

So yeah I totally understand! ;)

Check out burning soul's instagram profile. Their "angry Logan" is looking all right.

It'll be another interesting comparison between this and Eleven's.

I agree. I dont know if we'll ever see an actor who will be comitted to Wolverine role as Hugh Jackman was. That alone probably wasnt the only reason though I and everyone else came to like him. Hugh is just really good at acting. Also, with the valuable directions from Bryan Singer and James Mangold, he was able to portray Wolverine pretty well imo. Honestly though I would still want to see a slightly shorter Wolverine. [emoji2]

Don't forget Patrick Stewart!

I know but the thing is everyone already saw Patrick Stewart as Professor X before he was even cast, so I, and other people i think were not surprised to see him do so well in the role. I'm not saying he didnt put his all or that he isnt good at acting; he's really good at acting.

With the ending of Logan, we may never see Hugh Jackman portray Wolverine on the big screen again. However, It would be great to see him perhaps take the role of voicing Wolverine from Steve Blum. More importantly, Hugh Jackman has no doubt in our minds carved his place next to Kevin Conroy's Batman as The Wolverine.

AND MARK HAMILL AS THE JOKER

( Thanks TheBatman for reminding me, when it should have been a given)

Eleven's angry sculpt is the way to go. I say this not only for consistency on display, but I think he's proven he's capable of delivering a good aged Logan.

You also pretty much guarantee high quality paintwork with Eleven. They were the ones chosen to paint Vimal's Bernthal Punishers for Kit, and probably also responsible for his other sculpts released through OSK.

Very good point Kuat. Eleven's paintwork holds it's own amongst my HTs on the shelf. Perhaps not under scrutiny, but it's still tremendous compared to most sculpts.
