don't know if been posted yet as this thread is such a mess but IMDB finally added story line so possible spoiler ahead "Set in the future of 2024, Logan and Professor Charles Xavier must cope with the loss of the X-Men when a corporation lead by Nathaniel Essex is destroying the world leaving it to destruction, with Logan's healing abilities slowly fading away and Xavier's Alzheimer's forcing him to forget. Logan must defeat Nathaniel Essex with the help of a young girl named Laura Kinney, a female clone of Wolverine. "

:lol:lol

Anyway, how the hell does a guy with telepathy and mind powers gets Alzheimer's? Too much cerebro maybe?

Sounds about right.

93 year old Alzheimer is believable even for Professor X.

But that age discrepancy is something, is that spoiler a rumor? It'd be funny that consistency lasted so little in this new timeline.

For a normal human maybe. Also if he's 93 in Logan, does that mean he was 52 in X Men Apoc? He looked pretty young for a 52 year old.

Yeah, that was one of my gripes with X-Men: Apocalypse. They didn't even bother aging McAvoy (37) & Fassbender (39) who are both supposed to be 52 in 1983.

Glad Mangold went out of his way to make Stewart (76) look 93.

I find the Wolverine cameo in XMA a bit strange if Jackman's last film is Logan which takes place in the future, because the next X Men film will probably take place in the 90's with the XMA cast, but Jackman won't be playing Wolverine anymore if they decide to include Wolverine later on, so it'll be another actor, and not the same guy the XMA cast met in the previous film.

They'll probably just exclude Wolverine from the "set in 90s" movie and justify it by the fact that X-Meh films started in 2000s. Then reboot.

Yea I don't see how they can even continue after this movie. I'd say let it die for awhile but fox wants to pump out movies to keep the rights. For shame

My favorite is when you actually have to write down the different timelines to try to explain it all, it's painful to read as much as it is to think about, it all just feels so unatural.

MCU has made Rogers, Shields and Hydras history so very smooth and simple to comprehend that you can actually just enjoy the movies instead of trying to piece it all together.

Speaking of Fox, my wife wanted to watch Deadpool. We just finished it, ughhh I knew that she would like the love story because what woman doesn't want RR to love them.

But that movie is even worse than I remember, the writing was just atrocious. The only good part was the fight between Colossus and MMA chick, that was it.

"Earth's Mightiest Heroes" did almost everything better than MCU tho.

They won't be using Wolverine for a while. Its the right thing to do when an actor who played him superbly for 17 years calls it quits.

What a mess.

Totally.
