Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.
The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn’t fly.
The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.
Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.”

More interesting then the judge throwing the book at her compared to the 30 days people thought she'd get is that the judge might go after her for contempt of court for this:

Legal experts are weighing in on Lindsay Lohan displaying the words “____ U” on her fingernails during her probation hearing yesterday which many believe was a direct message to the judge. If so, it could land her immediately in jail for contempt of court, according to FOX 411:

If indeed the photos are legitimate and unaltered and aimed toward the courts, “it would be a separate charge for contempt,” says New York City Public Defender Stacy Schneider. “She could have an entire extra sentence heaped on top of her current one. If the judge were angry enough, it could run even consecutively.”
Los Angeles Public Defender Greg Apt echoed Schneider’s sentiments, calling Lohan’s fingernails a “creative” way to land in contempt of court.
“The judge could hold her in direct contempt, which could be between three to five days in jail for vulgarity,” if the judge deemed the words were aimed at the court, Apt said.

I sadly caught this live on TV yesterday... turned it on and heard her sobbing. So annoying, I could really give a ____ about her.

I mean, does she have any relevance? Don't really care about famous people, but at least inundate me with someone interesting and doing good work :lol

The thing is she hasn't learned from any of her mistakes. She just keeps making them. At somepoint GTFU and become and adult. Take responsibility for your actions and do something positive.
