I highly doubt Jin is dead, or least the way we are thinking about it. I've got a good feeling we'll see him again this season in a non-flashback. Also, a Juliet and Sawyer hookup, more info on smokey, more Dharma, more temple/4 toed statue, a return of the 6 to the island and an unmasking of Jacob for the finale.

My point was that since we last saw him blow up on the boat then he isn't in the picture because A. he's dead and not coming back or B. they don't want to spoil the surprise that he isn't dead by putting him in the picture.
