There are tons of differences in the alt time line already (aside from hair of course): wing is no longer visible out the window, only one bottle of vodka is given to Jack, the exchange is shorter between Jack and Cindy (FAA regulations), turbulence starts much earlier, Jack got up on the original flight (Charlie running past), plane looks a little empty (can't tell if Locke is behind Rose or not), and Rose is the one that now says 'It's normal'...

I'd imagine Locke not being on the plane as his body is currently on the island. Though that doesn't explain why allegedly Boone appears this season as his body is on the island too. I'm really curious as to how all this shakes out. What happens to the current timeline, Sun, Ben and MIB on the island?? If Jack, Rose, Kate, etc. get whisked back onto the plane once the bomb detonates, what happens to everyone else??

Now that is what I have been waiting for--that trailer just wiped away my apprehension about the final season. This looks like the epic climax they've building toward for five years, rather than a horrible reset scenario that erases everything we've seen so far. Tuesday night can't get here fast enough.
