I know it is gonna suck because most likely unless SS pulls a figure out of no where Faramir will be the last for 07.:monkey2 :monkey2

So wait, I'm confused, the next figure from the Dead line will be a Lord of the Rings zombie?:monkey1

Hmm .. .waht do you call it when someone's on a respirator, and only the heartbeat is going but is almost braindead? The word comatose comes to mind. :lol :lol

Just be patient guys. We'll get another "preview" at the SDCC and then a pre-order directly after that some time during Christmas. We should all have new SS LOTR figs in hand by Summer 2008 when the Civil War in Iraq is over and all terrorists have surrendered. :D

Well once faramir is produced I don't care if it is dead as all i wanted from this line was strider, Boromir & Faramir my 3 favourite characters :D

All I needed was Faramir. Now I can die happy.

BUT since we've already got the other three we at least need the Fellowship now too. And Saruman. And Gandalf the White. And Eowyn, Arwen, and Galadriel. And some Ringwraiths. And the Rohirrim and men of Gondor. And elven warriors. And Elrond. And Bilbo. And Gollum. And Bill the Pony.

After all that I'll be happy.

The Ring wraith poses the question what will they do for the head plus it should be a lot cheaper since alot of the price would be to cover the cost of the head scuplt???? mmmmm interesting - I don't think I'd like a headless figure :emperor

I'll hold my breath until I see a hobbit or a Gimli!!!:monkey3

If this delay ain't due to the development of the smaller body for a Hobbit/Dwarf then what else could it be due to if the line is not ending (which it isn't) ?

I seem to recall when this line was first anounced that we would see the complete Fellowship first but already this has deviated with Faramir, no doubt to plug a gap until the smaller body could be worked up.

Makes sense to me.

I'm almost positive it's simply delays due to bodies and outfits. The costumes are insanely difficult to perfect; getting them at 1:6 scale is hard enough, but to do it at half that size and still make it look good? I don't think it's just hobbit bodies; I think the clothing is also a huge part of it. Faramir was a good filler (or should I say, the jewel of the line :D ), but I'm sure we'll get something soon, if not another filler. Maybe Gandalf the Gray? or Saruman? Who knows, but what my heart tells me is that the line is going to blossom pretty soon!

The new bodies that come out will astonish everyone I think.

God, I hope you're right, man! They've GOT to hit it outta the park, and I don't think they'll let us down. And I for one am praying the first "new body" figure is Gimli. Then we'll at least have the Three Hunters of the Fellowship done.
