LotR Jumble = next 12" figure SOLVED! Boromir! or Faramir!

A good thing about the 12" figures is that the exclusives do tend to take a little longer to sell out. Not quite the same manic dash like with Star Wars. My guess is it'll be a 12" Boromir, but I'd be happier with a something cool like Ringwraith instead

Hopefully tomorow we will get the next 12" announcement. I'll be happy with Boromir. I'd like to see characters that weren't done yet, but, at this point, I just want something new from LOTR...

I am glad to see the rumblings of any kind of announcement for LOTR!!! As for the figure, it looks like Boromir will be the next figure, which must have been such a cool design job given the complicated nature of the costume, and if an elven boat isn't in the offing soon, it looks like it might be time to learn to craft a little 1/6 wooden boat. Not that I am obsessed or anything...

although this could refer to the other son of denethor that isn't talked about much: Steve!

I don't see why it wouldn't be. The 006 sculpt looks pretty nice, and that being said, you can expect the Boromir to be of same, if not better quality.

In fact I believe that Oluf "helped" with the Weta Boromir sculpt - so I think we can guess who will be doing Boromir (if, in fact, that is an upcoming figure).

I always wondered about that, specifically because Ben Wooten is also listed. Wooten is seemingly one of the "big-wig" sculptors, so did SS not approve of his work? What exactly did Oluf do!?
