Luke Skywalker: Jedi Knight - Image Thread

I received my Luke yesterday and upon closer inspection today the only thing I have a problem with is the forearms lenght. They do seem too long no matter what angle you look at them.

Everything else about the figure is excellent and hard to complain about for the price. The pictures really do no justice to the facial sculpt as some of you said. He looks dumb and clueless in most of the pics we seen. In person he looks great. Great job SS!!

Here's Luke with the vest AND belt on. It's not screen accurate, but it looks good, and I don't have a belt floating around.

I don't have the Medi-Luke, but I did get the Medi-Vader, who is the same height as SSC Luke. It's a little ridiculous, actually. I tried to take pics of SSC Luke and Medi-Vader together posed for the unmasking, but it looked stupid. Medi-Vader's head is tiny in comparison.

And one problem people might have in switching Luke's head to another body (other then the issue with swapping Sideshow's hands) is the socks sewn to the legs of his jumpsuit (I call them footsies) might be too short for a Dragon foot. Luke's feet are a bit on the small side.

I did end up doing some slight alterations to Luke. After losing the D-Ring from the hilt for five agonizing minutes, I felt compelled to glue them into position. They are no longer free-swinging, but I won't lose them either, and they're just as effective. I think the hilt is actually staying on his belt better!

I also performed a little surgery on his hands so that he could hold the blaster in any hand. I used an xacto knife to seperate the trigger finger of all his hands from the rest of the fingers. Then I painted in the cut portions. It worked great on all the hands, but is inneffective on the gloved hand because his gloved finger is to thick to fit through the trigger. I also spritzed some super-shiny armor-all onto his boots.
I'll post pics if you want, but unless you are very confident in the steadiness of your hands, I wouldn't reccomend cutting into Luke's fingers.

Anyone know when the Regular version of ROTJ Luke is slated to ship?

Also, what's the "recipe" for Luke's SSC body, meaning did they just shorten the legs and torso a bit from the regular SSC body? Be nice to see some comparison shots of the two bodies side by side.

Thnx!! I had a really difficult time taking what I felt where at least good photos of Luke this time. I got a few that have been sent off to be put in with the review I did of Luke.

The flash is murder on pasty Vader. He looks like the ending to Powder. Remember that movie? THere's a flick screaming for magnetized figures.
