I'm watching Thunder Dome (PVR) I'm at the train sequence and I still don't know what's going on.

:lol....

I would think you'd like Fury Road... few have watched it and said "that sucked"... only Jye, and only the first time. You might not love it, but its certainly an original ride. It's a very amped up Road Warrior... so if you didn't think much of that movie, then maybe pass. If you thought RW was OK but just dated, then definitely see this.

Finally saw this (in my home theatre on Blu-ray 3D)--- Wow. Awesome movie-- One of my favourites for the year.

RW dated!

Rubbish! :lol

So far original MM is the only good film of this franchise.
Everything past that was just playing with ideas and visuals without much thought.

My favorite part of the movie was the "He looked at me!"

IJ looked so terrifying in that instant!

Then he just sat around doing nothing after that. :(

Just like "The Dork Nikht Rises". :monkey3

All I'm saying is that RW and FR felt like awesome roller coasters with unneeded plots attached to them.
I'd gladly just ride the coasters without wasting time on trying to be invested into cliched stories of two-dimensional characters.

Why unneeded though?

Or cliché, or two-dimensional for that matter :lol that doesn't seem to fit FR at all.

Cliché and two-dimensional fits Mad Max very well though.
