I think the times were set a couple of days ago, but yeah, I fully expected that when I checked this morning the Cards/Nats game would be moved up.

The conclusion sums up the season for me very well:

"So I tip my cap to the now departed 2012 A's. No matter what happens going forward, it won't duplicate the feeling this team gave its loyalists. Okay, just got the answer to this. Espn radio reported that the ALCS starts tomorrow so it gives the traveling team a bit more time to get to its destination. Makes sense.

You know I'm amazed that the last couple years Chavy played with the A's he was a bench warmer, always complaining about his back. Now that he's been with the Yankees, he doesn't seem to have aches and pains! Go figure.
