Re: The Man of Steel

Eh, I think it'll be better, but that's my own personal opinion, and that really only applies to me. However, that's because I didn't really buy into The Avengers hype train. It was good, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't the holy grail like everyone was making it out to be. Frankly, I still think the first Iron Man is the best Marvel movie, and it's easily my favorite.

Re: The Man of Steel

Like I could see fans demanding better quality from hollywood.

I fully standby BB/TDK/Avengers/IM1/Cap/Thor crushing crap like Elektra/Catwoman/Wolverine Origins/Ghost Rider 2, because collectively fans should be speaking to hollywood with their wallets by not tolerating crap like those 4 mentioned.

But to crush Avengers?

That's one of the great ones, no?

Re: The Man of Steel

Listen, I could be wrong.

Maybe competition is good and Avengers should be crushed, decimated to rubbles.

IDK.

Just sounds counterproductive to me.

Just an odd way to view things, at least for me.

Re: The Man of Steel

Superman could crush the avengers if he needed to but I echo the same sentiments as other posters; no need for the movies to be compared we should just be happy that studios are making good superhero movies. The way I see it if man of steel is a great movie, like the avengers then its a win win situation for CBM fans. I am sure they will be compared though, people love to compare things for whatever reason

Well said and I agree on all points.

The Avengers was a good movie. That's about it.

From everything we've seen of Man of Steel, I don't think it's a stretch to say this could be the greatest superhero film ever made.

Re: The Man of Steel

That worlds finest thing there is one spectacular looking gif if I may say so myself.

Just wow, although Superman needs to be slowed down just a bit to match Batman.

Inspite of my feelings towards Rises, he looks very bad *** and menacing there.

I would love too see him the size of Godzilla walking thru Tokyo like that, that would make for a great movie.

:lol
