For MoS, I did a lot of training and preparation so I can sit on my *** for 2 hrs and 23 minutes.
You never sat thru the LOTR marathon.![]()
They weren't cheeks anymore, so much as deflated whoopie cushions. But enough about my keister!
Did you get your tickets yet?!?!?!
yup
midnight (ughhhh) for me alone and then the following day with wifey while kid is in school.
midnight is going to kick my ***.![]()
I know, me too. I was really hoping for a 9 o'clock showing....Buuuuugh![]()
IM3 was 9pm.that went great.
No luck for MOS.![]()
They don't have midnight shows any more.
Which saddens me. No more Midnight Movie Madness.![]()

Oh well. What can ya do?
Yeah. I was hoping for 9pm. We leave for WDW in Florida at 4:30am on Friday the 14th ... so, if it ain't 9pm on Thurs. the 13th, it'll have to wait 'til after we get back from vacation. I can't handle a 12am movie and a 4:30am departure -- and we won't have time in Florida. So, it'll be the 26th or later for me.
Oh well. What can ya do? Probably the only movie of the year I'd have seen on opening day.

You can enjoy Walt Disney World! Hope you have fun! The movie will be waiting when you get back.
There is a movie theater in Downtown Disney right next to the parks. I am assuming you are staying on Disney property? Go online and buy tix for it now and go see it. It's a really nice theater. I use to make a 20 min drive just to go there.
Yeah, it was so nice. Coming home a little after 11, instead of 2 am (closer to 3)
Maybe I'll just call in the next day with kryptonite poisoning![]()
Actually, we're staying off property. I have three kids ... we overpopulate most Disney Rooms. Comfort Suites has king beds, fold out couches, etc. ... and they're $40 a night cheaper. Bigger room, lower price -- win, win. Some of my extended family are staying on property, though.
There's an off chance I might try to catch a showing on the 15th or the 20th (only two days we're not in parks). Still ... more likely that we'll try to enjoy WDW while we're there, and save Superman 'til we get back here.
