It's content. Keeps you numb and distracted until the next content. All theses streaming services and shows just feels like one big distraction. It's like some They Live ****. :lol

It does feel like a bread crumb trail to nowhere.

They fill these shows with codes and cues and call-backs so the fan-detective can find them. Like that Space Jam commercial full of background icons or Taylor Swift's video of codes to decipher... just to get her track titles.

You ever see A Christmas Story where Ralph deciphers a code on a box of cereal just to uncover a commercial. These things are totally like that.

And fans prescribe deep-meaning to this. Its not deep-meaning... its marketing.

I?m afraid that by the end of this series that their really won?t be any truly stand out long term transformative moments for these two. It?s hinting at it but I?m afraid it?ll just a tease and ultimately a let down. The fan theories are always more compelling than what the Marvel writers seem to come up with. Buckys reasoning for letting Zemo out was awful and Sam should?ve clocked him for it.

Except Bucky spent years on the fringe side of things - comic wise anyway. And the Russians I know - if u can generalize - I'd describe as very tough, practically minded; less likely to $%##% - foot around than Americans. Very direct. A culture Bucky spent years with. For me, Bucky's behavior made sense just like Sam's outrage did.

Dunno about tranformative or even an end since Feige is being coy about a season 2 and/or a film crossover. I'll be happy if it's an end I think of as satisfying - right now just enjoying the $%#@ out of this. Even John Walker, since I really didn't know what to expect. Whether i "like" the guy or not.

It's not a bad show... but its far from great. So far. That said, if you've spent your life watching the CW shows and Agents of SHIELD then this very well could look like great TV to you.

I've been rewatching Agents of SHIELD these past few weeks. IMO, it is a better show than this one is so far. :chase

All the CW Arrowverse shows got boring real quick after Flash season 1. :rotfl

JYE your O Face Superman profile pic is creeping me out. Looks kinda like Travolta. I like your Thanos Iron Man signature though. I would say Hulk Buster but he didn't even need to smack Hulk around. :monkey3

This last episode was definitely the best one yet to me. I just watched 2+3 back to back because I was behind. Episode 1 wasn't much of a hook and I found it to be rather boring. Episode 2 was still a bit slow but had a few stand out scenes. Episode 3 is definitely the most eventful and engaging. I like the John Wick inspiration and I thought the action was fantastic; some of the best the MCU has seen since Civil War. Some of the plot does get a little silly, but I'm okay with that when it comes to comic book stuff if it's still done well.

I gotta say, Daniel Bruhl just steals every scene he's in. Really cool to see Zemo back, considering he has been one of the better MCU villains in the past but is also one that I feel is worth bringing back. This episode continued to flesh him out, even with little details that make him more well rounded. I'm very interested to see where they take his character for the rest of the series.

Also, this episode gave us a 3 second clip of Zemo dropping some moves in a club so what more do you want. :rotfl https://streamable.com/g46o4v

That's up there with the Peter Parker dance scene in SM3 :D

A scene I will keep in mind; getting me through the boring parts of a day. Unclear whether Peter Parker will get de-throned tho.:bunnydanc:banana

Edit:

Out of everything that went down in the third episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ? from the excursion to Madripoor where we find Emily VanCamp's Sharon Carter to the return of a certain Black Panther actor in the final minutes ? Marvel fans have honed in on a seconds-long scene (a Blip, if you will): two-time Golden Globe nominee Daniel Br?hl fist-pumping at a party.

Br?hl laughs at the responses he received from that moment. "It was a long dance," he tells EW of this improvised bit. "There's more to it, but they cut this little moment [for the show]."

I want it all....
