Kiri didn't even put any effort into disguising her alternate persona. A goatee? Really?

Even Clark Kent used fake eye glasses and clear ones no less not even sunglasses his dismissal of UV protection should have been the clear give away that he is Superman

Yes it looked super cool in the comics, why would you suddenly assume that his outfit wouldn't get tweaks to be presentable in live-action like literally every other hero we've seen so far? I found nothing "relatable" about Karli. Her rhetoric and "leadership" was far lamer than comic Flag-Smasher's chuckle inducing grandstanding. All they had to do was make his dialogue less silly, tweak his already cool looking costume into something a little more grounded and they'd be good to go. Just ditching the cape and switching out his mace with an assault weapon would probably do the trick:

If you had posted THAT photo the first time around I probably would have been more receptive to your point of view. :lol That is drastically different than the white & black costumed caped crusader that you reference earlier. The guy in this photo's got more in common with Deathstroke or Deadpool than with the caped version. Even so, I still say people disenfranchised as a result of blip's undoing would be more likely to relate to someone like Karli as opposed to a guy who looks like an armed vigilante. But it all comes down to the writing and execution. As I said previously, CONCEPTUALLY I really liked the basis for Karli & her Flag Smashers, but their arc ultimately left much to be desired.

To be honest, I'm more disappointed with Sharon being the Power Broker. That seemed off to me. Doesn't that mean in the Madripoor episode she ended up fighting & killing several of the bounty hunters she herself was going to pay for the elimination of Sam, Bucky and Zemo after Selby's murder....even though she pulled the trigger (ostensibly to protect her identity)? And she fought those bounty hunters at great peril to herself, as evidently only a select few know her true identity. And after that she went inside Dr. Nagel's lab, where if not for Zemo's timely shooting of him she'd have been outed as the PB anyway. Unless Nagel also was unaware of who he was working for. I'm sorry, but that's such a convoluted way of diverting suspicion it makes Karli's hostage plan seem well thought out. :slap

I think it was pretty clear that she lied about being the PB because she was on the phone with the real PB at the end.

More than likely it is General Ross except for one loose string.

If Ross is indeed the PB, and it would totally make sense being him, why would he then need special access to the government that Sharon told him he had now that she was reinstated when he already has all the access he needs unless I am missing something.

I’m trying to remember was he removed from his high position during IW.

That's certainly a possibility, but it's anything but clear. Karli seemed to know she was the PB, so either she is the PB or she's acting on his/her behalf (& letting people think she is the PB during business deals & the like). Either way, it still adds up to her covering her tracks in a really haphazard manner.

Why do you think Ross would be the head of a criminal organization?

although I enjoyed the show, I wouldn't say it was great.

I think they really dropped the ball on the Flagsmashers and the villains in the show. They also spent a lot of time with Sam's sister and other things I personally found boring. I hope if the same writers etc are doing Cap 4 they put more effort into the story and the characters.

Umm Buff....The Thunderbolts at the raft is being set up :thwak

But think about it if she really was the power broker would she be calling somebody and speaking like a subordinate reporting to their superior.

If she is the power broker why would she have to inform anybody about the new government access that she knows she already has lol

Was she calling herself lol

Umm Jye....I've never read The Thunderbolts. So I'm guessing that's a General Ross thing? Is that separate and distinct from Val & US Agent, or does Val report to Ross (or vice-versa)?

As for Sharon's phone call, she was definitely talking to a subordinate and not the other way around. She was giving the person marching orders - "Start lining up our buyers. Super soldiers may be off the menu, but we're about to have unlimited access to government secrets, prototype weapons, yada yada yada...". That's not how you talk to your superior in a notoriously ruthless criminal organization. :lol

Anonymity, Tony....:monkey3

Anyway Bucky had a Thunderbolt run which IMO was pretty good. They could fold him in with Zemo and do the frenemy thing. Plus it'd get him away from Spellman. Either that or Stan might wanna think about cutting ties with Marvel. Do some Star Wars:monkey3

Stan's a fine actor but who wants to be in a scene while Captain America gives straight-to-video soap opera cringe speeches and u just stand around looking guilty for being Caucasian.

Mostly I hope Loki is good. But wont be surprised if agenda creeps into anything MCU going forward. The bs was so OTT in this series it's obvious Marvel is catering to Twitter and thinks they're not getting enough money from fans like me.
