DC doesn't want any part of this...

I've been a Marvel fan since I can remember, I even have a picture of myself when I was 5 wearing Spider-Man underoos.

Make Mine Marvel!

'Nuff Said!

If you were to match up character for character in a fight, DC would beat Marvel. Simply because Superman can't never lose because he is Superman and Batman is so good he also can't never lose. Add the Flash, GL, Wonder Woman and an insane amount of superheroes from that picture above and it would be no match. The Justice League is molded after the pantheon of the gods.

That said, Marvel has the more human characters and they make for some interesting reading. They certainly have the "everyman" aspect down and that's perhaps the reason why their properties are a little easier to bring to the big screen.

I tell you this: before Civil War, Marvel had completely lost touch with the human aspect of it's characters. The company kept relaunching books every other year (long running comics like Spidey) and gave up on their characters by creating the Ultimate Universe. People love Marvel now but those of us that have been reading comics for a while can't deny the appeal of DC.

I love Batman, but Captain America would would whoop his A$$, or for that matter Spider-Man or Daredevil.

As for all those other 'Gods', the HULK would lay them all to waste.

Supergirl is just as strong as Superman and kryptonite can't defeat her. Batman would absolutely destroy Captain America. As for the Hulk, well, it's already been written. Batman vs. Hulk and guess who won? Batman! In fact the Joker owned the Hulk and then Batman kicked his ass when he was under the Joker's control. He's way to smart and would always find away to beat the ape.

DC owns! The truth hurts.

Batman always has a plan. ALWAYS. He is Batman. Everyone on the Justice League looks to this guy with no powers for strategic guidance. If they get out of line he has ways to bring every single one of them down. He is sneaky and he will play dirty if necessary. Marvel is trying to make Captain America more like that with Civil War and the Ultimates version.

Batman rules.

Superman will always be the icon. Any story with Superman on it becomes a Superman story. He will always triumph because that is the nature of his character. Hulk is the mightiest human being on the planet but he is still only human. Superman is an alien that stores solar energy and has all the worth mentioning super powers other heroes have. Supes wins over the gamma radiated Hulk. DC Vs Marvel had people voting Supes would win and he won.

All Superman would have to do is fly the Hulk to the moon. Take him...what...5 minutes? Leave him there and pick up his oxygen deprived corpse in the morning. Even so...marvel still rules.

All this talk about why superman would always win etc just goes for why I've never really cared for him. I do however agree that Batman could anyone's @$$.
