Got them both too yesterday, I'm waiting for the Hulk now.The only thing that bugs me is that they didnt included any pegs on the base to avoid them from falling.I'm tempted to buy the Spidey and Mary-Jane statue right now...

Bought it today at my LCS.He's really the best of the bunch and looks much better in hand than the marvel Solicit pictures of him...I would go as far to say he's my favorite Hulk action figures ever !! Marvel Select figures dont have as many articulation as marvel Legends figures, so with the base he looks more like a little statue.Very nice.I bought 2 of him.

And I just read Marvel Zomies 2 #1 Today....Zombie Hulk just destroyed Zombie Thanos.....

I've seen these on the pegs, and I have to say they're pretty badass. I haven't been buying much in this scale anymore... but these are nice. Especially the Hulk... he is the clear winnah of the series

I just want to officially announce that I WILL be tackling these characters. Already plans to make Iron Man, Hulk, Daredevil, possibly Giant Man and more...

I really want to make them for myself and possibly make some extra money for the con season.

Here is my Colonel America, you can see the development through the pics... I started with a BBI figure, a Mego Capt America costume, gloved hands and Nazi leather high boots. I added leather bits to the tops of the boots and glued them on, added leather bits to the gloves to get them larger. I wrapped white cloth around the arms and glued them on for the sleeves, glued the back of the costume and painted what showed through (the body) on the back and shins. Mego costume was a pain to stretch that far...

I sculpted onto the head for the mask and cut the top of the head off, sculpted the brains and teeth, painted all the leather red and bloodied up the costume. After that I took a Marvel Icons Shield and added blood splatter.. and that is it... Marvel Zombies Colonel America!
