EVILFACE
Insufferable S.O.B.
That part was pretty bad Batman. Not to mention his entire body should be a splattered blob.
I worry about Black Panther
I'm lowering my expectations
I expect "awesome" in the vein of Spider-man:Homecoming
I'll watch it, have a wonderful time, and buy the blu ray and some hot toys
Agreed. It makes me worry about Black Panther. I'm lowering my expectations. People acting like it's a masterpiece? I'm wary of that. I don't expect it to be anything but "awesome" in the vein of Thor Ragnorak or Spider-man:Homecoming. I'll watch it, have a wonderful time, and buy the blu ray and some hot toys from it. lol. Now every now and then, one of these becomes a personal favorite that gets repeated more often than others(I really loved Guardians of the Galaxy volume 2 and even the first Thor film and have seen them more often then some of the others) but that's rare. As far as Wonder Woman goes, I thought it was really good but not "change the world" good or anything. More like, well, it's just as much fun to watch as most of the Marvel films and not the somewhat enjoyable trainwrecks that it's DC bretheren were.
That CG HAS to be unfinished work - it HAS to be. I would be shocked if Marvel let anything that looked like that hit an IMAX screen. That party fight scene also has some **** combat choreography, looks like it was performed at .25x and never sped up in post. The Daredevil hallway fight should be the standard Marvel goes for now.
I like the theme, it's neat to see a new part of the MCU.
I like the character so far with the little I know.
I like the style, it's visually unique.
But my goodness there's no way that this is bringing people to tears. I'm expecting this to fall somewhere around Ant Man. A fun movie but not a stand out like TWS. I do hope this retains a more serious tone like TWS, Marvel needs some of that again.
I'm not buying the tech though. It's too out there and space-y for Earth MCU just yet.
Though if the CG literally makes it to the film like that, all bets are off. That's inexcusable. I highly doubt it though, after all, apparently they've post-fx'd the eyes on his helmet because people didn't like them. If they can budget that...
Tony Award-winning South African actor John Kani plays the first Black Panther and old king of Wakanda, T’Chaka. In the Marvel Studios film, Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa takes over the most technologically advanced yet isolated African kingdom after his father is killed.
“There are words used to indicate that those people’s indigenous language is not English,” said Kani. “But you know this is an American major blockbuster, therefore it will be 99.9% English. However, you’ll hear some isiXhosa words being dropped.”
With the line, “I miss you my son, I haven’t seen you in a long time,” Kani introduced isiXhosa into the film’s script, he told journalists at the film’s world premiere in Los Angeles on Jan 29.
It made the 11 o'clock news that a group is supposedly going to flood sites with bad reviews.
Fake news?
Supposedly IMDB for one is getting hit. It's not fake but don't think it'll affect ticket sales.

I just looked on there. Actually, I don't see where it's being hit.
