I doubt it's a 4/1 joke. It was posted on Matty's facebook with a press release, and it looks like a typical 4H prototype with background. The character choice is logical for a con exclusive. It's not something everyone wants.

I am getting him too....never had him as a kid and he is an existing character in the masters of the universe

I had to Wiki He-Ro to see who he was.
I think it's a great idea to use a character that's not part of the initial line as a con exclusive. I'll get him, but I never got King Grayskull and it doesn't bother me at all. Better than doing a fan favorite that some people will miss out on.

Yeah King Greyskull never bothered me as well, I guess because I don't see him as part of the originals, He-Ro is fine for like Teemu said, I never had him as a kid either and it would be pretty kewl this time around!
