1 says "order processed" and the other 2 say "order unsubmitted". i only got a email confirmation from the processed order so i assume that is it. my CC says nothing but that is typical. charges usually dont show up for a day or so.

Mine says "Order in Process", I hope I am still good. I ordered 9:41AM MST
hey I had 2 identical orders with different order numbers. one showed "submitted" and the other showed "processing" in my order history. sounds like matty is saying they can't cancel the "submitted" orders.

Man, if you read the stuff on he-man.org it's comical. They are claiming there was a big conspiracy to deny international buyers, someone mentioned a class action suit. All over action figures.
The CS lady told me the same thing.
I'll probably just end up keeping both, but this is a ridiculous situation. There should be no reason a person can't cancel an order that was made less than an hour earlier.
If I send one of mine back, will I get reimbursed for the shipping as well?
If not, isn't that illegal since it was their server that messed up?

Yeah I just got off the phone with a different lady because the other one really didn't sound convincing on exactly what she was doin. I have three orders but they are status "order unsubmitted" basically she told me that the three orders that she has for me there are all open and not complete, she also said that she tried to view my card information and none of the orders actually had my billing information on them.
I have three pre-auths on my account I hope they drop off but she basically explained to me that they couldn't bill me on those orders because theirs no payment information.
So she couldn't cancel anything that wasn't there, hence my billing information.

doh! that was fast. missed him because i was out of the office all day. i'll try to snag one at the end of the month if they really do the 'restock'. if not ebay here i come. hard to be upset though since i just got the indy pf last night. though i'm sorely tempted to sell all the other figures. too much pressure lol. though i would just sell them and then want them back 2 months later.

A quick update on Mer-Man sales. Yes, the aquatic warriror of Eternia did sell out this morning, but do to increased fan demand, we increased orders on Mer-Man. The only catch is that the full new revised larger order did not make it on the same boat. So the second batch will be here in about a week and will go on sale the last week of April. I will update everyone once we lock in an exact on sale day and time!

i say "so what" if they have a second batch. those will just sell out in another hour and probably be just as hard to get. they say they wanna have larger quanities in the future. so does that mean the figures will sell out in 90 minutes instead of an hour? they gotta improve the selling process to make people happy. i shouldnt have to click through 3-4 slow loading pages to try to make an order.

pretty much...seems the line is more focused for the scalpers with the crazy 10 per person limit (who needs 10???) as hot as the line is...can you blame them? people are stupid enough to pay 4 times the amount each for these
