Yeah, pretty much. I missed out on Mer-Man but will probably get him if he gets a re-release. Looking forward to He-Ro and am gonna and try and find a reasonably priced Faker.

Maybe you guys who are getting the shaft should set up a buddy system or something? Seriously. I mean if you can swing it financially. 2 dudes try and get a certain amount of figures say 10 one month and 2 dudes get the next month, etc. Everyone would have to be on the same page and come through for their fellow He-Dorks. Just spit ballin' here.

As much as I despise the scalpers, I would still buy from them if I missed a figure. I think paying ~$15 more to a scalper and getting it now is better than waiting for the re-releases. I mean you are already at almost $30 for one from Matty, so $45ish isn't too terribly bad.

I just dont understand why Matty doesnt just do a pre-order per figure...the subscription sounds dumb! if you want 2 figures...you must buy 2 subscriptions...some people might want 3 or 4 of certain characters with extra heads, which means your gotta buy 3 or 4 subscriptions...STUPID! and then your stuck paying for extra figures which will break the wallet for sure!

Just do a pre-order method in advanced where the buyer can choose its quanity and place the order and in 3 months, you get that figure of the month...its so simple! Why is Mattel making this such a hard purchase for everyone??

The subscription service sounds like a boatload of trouble waiting to happen at the end of the year. What if one breaks? or like Teemu said what if you want doubles? I just know some one will be complin about how Matty lost their order. The limit of ten really needs to be cut down, a leat to like five or so. Sorry but ten is a bit much especially with the greed on todays toy market. Didn't Memnoch or someone have an idea about getting a bunch of folks together and going in on ordering ten? Could work out pretty well, especially if Zodac, Hordak and MAA will all be of the same numbers as Mer-Man.

Anyway, great pics, Kuzeh! He's my favorite as well.

yeh im definately down for what memnoch was talking about. i think i will be out of the u.s. this summer and may not have a constant access to the internet, so i could use some help for hordak, maa, and hopefully someone can help me snag a he ro as i dont think the limit will only be one to order online.

Remember Matty held a pole on what collectors thought would be a good limit number per person for MOTUC. The people voted and Matty went with the majority wanted and it was the 10 limit (I voted for 4 or less myself in anticipation of the scalping). We really don't have anything to complain about because Matty listened to what the fans wanted, and if I remember right it was a huge percentage of folks that wanted the 10 limit.

I still think a monthly pre-order works better....it be no different than when Sideshow posts a new pre-order for a figure and then 9 months later, you finally get the dang thing! They just need to make it where you cannot cancel the pre-order (which I doubt many people would do)

They say you can purchase multiple subscriptions.I buy 2 of each, but you get whatever character Mattel decides to make/give you..I dont want every figure in the princess of power crap or anything from the new adventures junk

Who's to say that every month,you'll have the chance to purchase the one figure you decide to get? who gets priority to get their figures 1st? the subscriptions ship first? oh we ran out! sorry...you didnt buy the subscription so your screwed!!! Either way, Mattel has us all by the balls

I like the preorder idea better. Announce the figure a couple of months in advance and start taking preorders. That way mattel will also have a better idea of how many figures to produce. Produce some extras so there will still be some to buy on release date. I know there are plenty of figures I wouldn't buy so I don't want to commit to buying 12 figures a year without knowing what they are.

True Sam, but when some of the "fans" are scalpers, what do you do then? Who needs 10 figures?!? I really hope these get re-released. I don't feel like shelling out $50 for He-man or $35-40 for Skeletor. I do have May and June 15th marked on my calendar.

True, some are scalpers, but like I mentioned again. We all got a chance to vote and most of us had the crazy idea that we needed to get 10 per person. The pole was posted at He-man.org if you want to see the numbers. Trying to blame Matty doesn't help, they sell as many as they gauge the buyers want, the folks with the extras are the ones who should help those of us who missed out with getting a figure. In fact, I still need a Faker, because my order got messed up at Digital River and Matty's been working on fixing it for almost a month and half now.
