Yep I agree...
I mean... I don't know what people were expecting... :dunno
A life-size Castle? :lol

My only issues and they aren't deal breakers:

- The height of the opened jaw-bridge
- The height of the floor above the computer
- The small floor in the throne area.

But, if it's not changed, I can live with this amazing playset!
:rock!

To be fair..... they were expecting what they were shown before they placed their orders...... ;)

Had this been what we were shown in the first place few people would complain about the size, the big issue is the altering of the bargain.

But I can deal with this size. The trap door is my biggest outstanding issue, and I really want that 3D dungeon floor. Oh, and I want a piece of plastic to cover up the Windraider's hole in my floor.

Well the MOTU Classics Grayskull isn't that much bigger than the Vintage one :lol

Not the size of your castle, but how you swing your drawbridge. :lecture

Can't wait to see some cool boardie dio's with this beast. Can't get into another line so I'll just live vicariously. :yess:

It's a little taller and a lot wider. The sculpt is far better.

a little taller, but not by much,as long as you don't mind your figures rubbing their heads against the ceilings :lol...I do agree, the Sculpt is great

Don't get me wrong, taller would be better. Taller would be what was promised.

FYI- Someone called Matty for a replacement for Ram Man and they have NONE to replace

Ram Man will be joining Fisto and Sorceress soon

Part of my issues with how Mattel present themselves publicly is that they'd even publish a video like that in the first place.

as long as people keep throwing $$ at them, nothing will change

Could it be that the complaints are from the vocal minority and that the larger customer base is happy? I haven't received a messed up figure yet (not including the reversed King Hiss and He-Man). My Roboto doesn't have cracks, my Snout Spout's trunk isn't breaking and my Jitsu's hairline is just fine ;) I've never had to fix any of my figures due to loose ankles. My Goddess is still in one piece.

Now, I'm not saying there aren't legitimate problems, I think there's a lot that's blown out of proportion. Sure, there'll be screw ups, those are unavoidable. I think the line is fantastic and I haven't regretted one purchase.

On a side note, I'm not sure what people were expecting from a foam mock up. They were never going to make an overly gigantic Grayskull. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out. Hurry up December 2013. :yess:

I like how Grayskull came out too,but it's still too small for the scale of 6" figures..figures heads should not be scraping the ceiling

Yeah..... but I wouldn't assume for the better. Spend your money on another line with better quality and maybe you'll see the changes you want, but simply taking it away from figures will not cause higher quality ones to appear....

… I also wouldn't be surprised if the actual product is smaller. That often happens between prototype to actual release. Either because of the nuances of mold making or financial decisions or whatever.

Ram-Man is a great looking figure and I don't think he needed to be taller than the other figures, but I'm pretty sure the prototype was a fair bit taller. I could be wrong with that specific case but I certainly have seen it elsewhere. Some of the Hot Toys Predators also come to mind.

If Grayskull shrinks any smaller it will be so out of scale with the figures that everyone will cancel

Display here. I will have the Sorceress on one of the turrets. It's gonna be sweet!

Ditto! :rock!

Now, to the WTF moment of the night...
I just hope this is a typo... because I don't think it qualifies as a joke right?
WTH??? :horror

Totally trying to get to these. It is high on my to do list, I've just been busy with Filmation to put together, the Castle to sell in, and a wife to murder. Frankly, I'm swamped.
