That looks really good I reckon. She-Ra fans especially will love it. If I can get one I will.

I wonder if the outfit would work on an HT Female body, that would make for a cool custom She-Ra...
Maybe with one of those Phicen heads... like this one?

They are not the same scale so I would doubt it. This is 11" and Phicans are 12" if I am not mistaken?

Little disappointed to learn that they didn't use the 30th anniversay standee art on the packaging. I was expecting this to be a lot less realistic so I wasn't expecting they use my art but now that I see that it is a realistic figure and my art would've been suitable by disappointed. Oh well.

Well, female figures are usually shorter... perhaps it works?...
It might be a great companion pieces for the upcoming Mondo 1/6 He-Man and Skeleton once customized... who knows...

Didn't see the art released yet, did your guys at Mattel tell you about it?
Bummer!

Congratulations. This thread has been called out by Mattel as abusive and harassing. And they've complained to Sideshow about it. I've banned one member temporarily and will take other action as needed. But this thread is being closely monitored now.

Well censorship has arrived here too? Mattel and Val must have considerable influence. I've been on the fence awhile about giving up on He-man and reading this tonight was all I needed. This property is mired in so much ego and drama. I'll be glad to sell off my collection. No open dialogues tolerated? That's fine. Fans should spend their money on better products from better companies anyway.

He-man is dead!

It's not about clamping down on discussion, it's about constantly trolling Mattel employees on a personal level and bashing over and over and over, by people who freely admit to not even buying the products on top of that. Criticism isn't banned, trolling is.As for censorship...it's a free country. But the people that pay the bills here can set any rules they want, free country and all, and trolling and personal attacks are banned. Anyone is free to start and manage their own site and set whatever rules they want.

As for the sdcc she-ra..pretty cool figure. I was expecting something a lot more doll then figure. So I'm pleasantly surprised.

is there a 1/6 mattel he man too? couldn't find one online... random if she ra is the only one in the scale

Mondo is producing a He-Man and Skeletor,
Here are some pics from the Mondo thread

Got a few more pics. Including a good one of one of the swords from the mondo team.

Should have more tomorrow...

I am not sure why people like to spew negativity and suck the fun out of everything... Boggles the mind... :dunno:

Finally! People were complaining here long enough aswell. This was supposed to be a fun thread with an honest and fair discussion culture. Maybe we can come back to this attitude now.

I will try to contribute to this and open one of my figures per week and give you guys something to discuss.

On a side note: The Kickstarter project by David Silva is featuring some great raptors that will add nicely to any Snakemen/Preternia display. I have ordered the 3 regular ones and will most likely add 1 or 2 more. The project has 6 hrs left.

Don't consider it as censorship, it is akin to being Daves play pen and he makes the rules that we all have to abide by throughout the forum. Open dialogues are great as long as they are constructive and within forum rules.

Hi all :wave

The body looks very slim and smaller than say a Pepper Potts or Black Widow body and with the massive cans on the Phican figures, I seriously doubt they would fit. but you might be able to do something if there's enough materials on a Pepper Pots body which is tall and slip. It will be very interesting to see what folks will inevitably do with this.

I think She-Ra looks great and I would proudly display her next to my She-Predator, Black Widows, Gamora, Shi, Babydoll and Jill Valentine. It looks like Mattel is using a mix of the DC Superhero Girls and BvS Wonder Woman bodies. I'm down to get one.

They look good, but I would really like to see their ankles. Hoping for the best (that they changed them) but expecting the worst (same as He-man).
