People over at the Org are complaining about black spots on Jitsu's head, anyone have this problem?

I don't see it on mine

Wait...wait...wait!! People...at the org....are........complaining? That's absurd! Never heard of such a thing ;)

My Jitsu is perfect, btw. No black spots to be seen.

No spots on mine either. He looks great, and I'd have to say he has one of the best head sculpts to date.

seems like its just their imagination then...I looked at mine and don't see it or what they are even talking about

Jitsu is a nice looking figure but his head is way too small for his body.

just slightly..it isn't bad though

:lol well I figured I'd ask

I just opened my Jitsu tonight and there is a very prevalent black spot on the top of his head. You don't really notice it from straight on but from the top it's noticeable. It's almost like the head was cast in black and then they painted the skintone over top of it but the black base is still showing through. It's not a big deal to me, but I know exactly what they are talking about now that I've opened my figure.

Yeah,I now see it.....almost like he has a sunburn....mine isn't really noticable, but when you stick him up to the light looking down on his dome,it's there.

It does look like the head was casted black and painted...I doubt it was intentional at all,but the skin tone just doesn't cover the black like it should...like I said, mine isn't noticeable and I wouldn't of noticed until others mentioned it.

Some people are speculating that it might be intended to look like stubble as though he shaves the bald part of his head. Maybe we'll find out if it was an infamous "design choice" in the next round of Ask Matty.

I'm sure it was an intentional paint app. It doesn't look like anything but to me.

we wanted to make it "POP" :lol

There is no stubble on my Jitsu's head....

I think its just paint over the black plastic causing a shading and probably because of the paint skin tone

I thought his head wasn't black plastic, though?

I'm selling some extra Ram Man figures if anyone needs one. $75 each + shipping & paypal.

interesting...well either way,Jitsu rocks

Most definitely, this months figures are solid home runs (I'm glad Matty screwed up my Sub last month, I missed getting 2 Netossas [didn't want her, though her head sculpt looks good]).

I thought the spots on Jitsu's head might be due to a paint wash, but mine doesn't have the spots and other than the hair, beard, and eyes; the face doesn't have any other paint apps. It must have just been sloppy paint when the Chinese workers painted his hair.

Does anybody know when the DCUC Dark Knight Returns Batman figure will be available? I hope next month, then I can pick him up with Strobo.

I don't think Mattel will have the Batman Unlimited figures on Matty Collector. They are out in stores now and are available from online retailers.
