none of the walmart near me have any DC figures or Marvel Legends.

I hate Mattel for this whole wave 10 crap, wanted Joker and Powergirl at a minimum for my collection. Beastboy and ManBat would be great but I will never see these figures here Canada gets screwed bad enough as it is with this whole line, I have 1 Wal Mart near me they stocked wave 1 of DCUC and never anything more. Oh well guess that's what I get for having any faith in Mattel and the distribution of this wave and it being somehow obtainable for reasonable prices. Congratulations to those who are lucky enough to find wave 10 at retail. Glad there are some people out there aside from damn scalpers finding these things.

Could you ask the Wal-Mart manager to order some for you?

The problem with that would be Wal Mart Canada would have to officaly been in on the deal and then a Bilingual package would need to have been made. In Quebec if there isnt french on the package it wont see retail shelves normally. So the odds are sadly no, unless I find out Canada did get this wave and it can be ordered here.

I hope you aren't surprised. These aren't the kind of thing you just walk in to a wal-mart and expect to find. You need to hunt for them.

I don't know if this option is available to you, but I'd say you should travel to a few Wal-Marts in your area. It's possible that you might find one that will get Wave 10. Also don't be afraid to ask the associate in the toy department about to scan the tag with one of those telxon. It will tell them if they have any on order or if there are any in transit to the store. Also go around 9:30 to 10:00 pm when they put the freight on the floor and scan the pallet stacks for DCUC boxes.

Pallet diving is the way to go with this wave. I pulled mine right off the pallet. Never even hit the pegs. I imagine a great many of these will never see pegs.

My buddy's wife found em for me and my brother...right off the pegs! So there is a chance. But if you are going to one that is heavily scalped, your chances are less than favorable.


I will say that if you can go late at night when they are unloading pallets and stocking the shelf, you'll have a higher chance at finding them.

Three of five wal-marts near me and still nothing. I tried the other two earlier this week and they're stocked full of wave 6 and 7. Losing hope very quickly that I will EVER find these or that Mattel will continue this line long enough to release Joker as a World's Greatest. Hell, the last one I checked carried absolutely no super-hero toys whatsoever.

The telxon is useless for these...i had them punch in UPC's for wave 10 and the hot chick manager was like, we have 34 on hand and then said she knew exactly where they were in the back...she went back and grabbed all the rest from the back, all wave 7 figures...so, these numbers DO NOT specifically correspond with the figures on hand, so if they are not on the pegs or the palettes you are pretty much screwed...i knew WM would screw people again with these, but my blame lies more wth Mattel for allowing them to have another exclusive wave knowing how they handled the first exc. wave.

Too bad Hasbro doesn't make DCUC, at least you can count on them having every single crappy exclusive they put out...TF's, SW and even great so, Wolverine!

I think i may just get out of these...i stopped collection JLU figures for this exact reason, i should have learned my lesson back then on how Mattel works.
