Thought I'd run this idea by people to see what intrest there'd be,

I've had the idea of commissioning a sculptor to make some new, character specific hands for certain figures, mainly for the Legends line.

The first set of hands I'd like are a set for "Stone Cold" Steve Austin with the middle fingers raised on each one as there's no chance in hell of such hands being on an official release.

I'm not sure how much these would cost but the more people that are intrested the less it would be per person so if anyone's intrested let me know and I'll make some enquiries.

2 lineups are currently being rumored for Legends wave 3,

Davey Boy Smith
Mr Perfect
"Flyin" Brian Pillman
Vader
The Rock
"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan

OR

Bret "Hitman" Hart
Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart
Kamala
The Undertaker
Honky Tonk Man
"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan

I'd swap Pillman & Duggan for the Hart Foundation and the others could be wave 4.

Really hoping that Vader uses some of the same parts as the Dusty Rhodes figure or even gets a completely new mold as the Jakks version looked awful with the reused Yokozuna parts.

Hey guys. Long time WWE/F Fan since the attitude era. Is there any possibility any of you have an Extra Entrance Theme Triple H King of Kings from Mattel. I am willing to pay for it via paypal. Anyways, with that being said any idea why they don't give a title shot to Christian or Kane. IMO they both deserve it, and if Matt Hardy get his stuff together give him a run.

Kane has famously refused title reigns many times to instead help put over the young guys.

Cody Rhodes is the best young talent in WWE at the minute in my opinion. Orton is still mega!

That's nice, but he deserves a reign come on even with that 12 men elimination at the rumble of 01 he at least should consider one title reign at mania.

I don't know about rhodes, Morrison is the future in my eyes at least he gives it his all. Cena, Batista, Trips, and all the other guys should step off the spotlight and evolve these people into the future. It's not the Most Loved People show it's entertainment.

I'd definitely be interested in a 1/6 legends line if your sculptor decides to do it. I got Vartal to do a 1/6 Bret Hart and it looked pretty good. Would love a Ric Flair that's for sure.

I think you misunderstood what I meant. I'm only intrested in getting some alternate hands sculpted for the Mattel figures as I think the generic ones are a bit limited.

That said, a high end 1:6 line of figures would be cool to see.

I just ordered Legends wave 1 Stone Cold today and I'll probably get a 2nd one to keep MOC in a few weeks when I've got a bit more cash.

Elite Series 4 are hitting the shleves as well as the first wave of Legends. I myself picked up the Jericho in blue, Ill get the purple one later along with Morrison when I see them. I might end up getting Stone Cold from the legends as well.

The new Jericho headsculpt looks pretty nice, and the overall paint apps on the outfit seem better then the basic fig.

I'm going to have to get into this line a little bit because I saw this. Oooooh Yeeeahhh!!!

First Steamboat and now Savage..................Mattel are owning Jakks big time!

Jakks prolly didnt have the rights for Savage.

Even if Jakks had got the rights the figures would have sucked from the neck down because of the stupidly oversized body parts & half assed detailing.

Here's some pics from SDCC,

Aside from the Macho Man the figures that stand out most for me are Demolition and Vader because they make their Jakks counterparts look utterly hopeless.

Great to see that Warrior has signed a deal with Mattel too and I reckon we'll get a WM7 2-pack with Savage somewhere along the way.

If they released a decent 1/6 Classic Hulk Hogan I'd be in. Can't say I'd ever want a bunch of Wrestling figures, but Hogan would be enough to sum up the 80's for me :rock

I don't see it happening until Hogan leaves TNA Wrestling. Same thing goes for Flair, Sting, or anybody else wrapped up in that company.

Jakks has more Hogan figs on the horizon because they scooped up the TNA license after their contract wasn't renewed by the WWE.

really liking wwe legends wave 4!

warrior
demolition
Mr wonderful
george steele

yeah, Mattel is blowing Jakks out of the water

Mattel is doing a 12" Beth Phoenix, maybe a 1/6 line isn't too far off... I'd be all over a 1/6 Legends line. Get it done Matty!

Still can't believe there isn't a Bret Hart figure yet, particularly since he's been heavily involved in storylines this year.:dunno

I'm sure I read on wrestlingfigs.com that Bret is signed with Mattel so it's only a matter of time.

As there's Hart Foundation themed figures of Brian Pillman and Davey Boy Smith in Legends series 3 maybe they're saving Bret and the Anvil for series 5?

Still no chance of Owen though as his widow is currently suing WWE again.

5 Legends 2-packs were shown so maybe the 6th one will be an 80's-early 90's Hart Foundation.

I don't know about a figure based on his return this year but frankly the only good thing that came out of that was the reconciliation with Shawn and putting McMahon in the Sharpshooter.

I was thinking about possible 2-packs featuring Randy Savage and there's some awesome ones,

WM3 Vs Ricky Steamboat
WM4 Vs Ted DiBiase
WM7 Vs Ultimate Warrior

When Hogan inevitably finishes with TNA and resumes his on-off relationship with WWE we could also get,

The Mega Powers
WM5:The Mega Powers Explode!

I'd also like to see an Entrance Greats "Macho King" version with his throne instead of the usual stand.

The awesomeness starts at around 1:50 into the video. :yess:
