It's a rare treat we get insight into the creative process of the sculptors behind our favorite stuff, and thankfully Trev was kind enough to show us his inspirational pieces for ANH Ben Kenobi and Han Solo. As homage to where the sculpt work draws inspiration and the process begins, I enjoy the chance to bring things full circle by representing the inspiration with the sculpture it lead to. So with that, here's my replication of Trev's Han Solo inspiration, another great artwork by Drew Struzan.

AWESOME! Fantastic work, I love the way the face came out. It has that Struzan look and for a moment you can almost believe it is a still and not a figure.

Thanks Josh, Struzan's work is fantastic, I love the quality of his painting and the choices on composition he uses.

Managed to catch it opening day and more than enjoyed it, had a great trip to, nice to be home too, wish I could have the things I liked on the trip and the things I like at home in one place, that'd be awesome haha.
