Thanks Les, it was a lot of fun shooting yesterday, I've been away from photographing stuff for a bit and the couple times here and there, I don't think I was in the right place and rushed them, I didn't feel like I was getting good results and I actually got scared I may have lost my touch. Some of the stuff yesterday and today is feeling like getting right back on the bike though.

Very impressive, as always. Not sure if you've invested in the Enterbay Jack Bauer ... but, as it is my favorite figure, I'd certainly like to see it get the MaulFan photo treatment.

Haven't caught any of 24 yet, want to, it looks very cool, but my schedule doesn't fit committing to a show every week like that one would require, and where I currently live I'd have to drive 30-40 minutes to find somewhere to rent a season, so someday I'll check it out.

In the mean time, I should have DX Joker in July sometime, a figure with posable eyes, I'm really looking forward to what I can achieve with that.

Short term, I should be getting Predator and Dutch in the next couple weeks, that's going to be something :D

And thanks Coco, I've always enjoyed the look of Han trapped in Carbonite, never had the original '83 figure from Kenner, but I was excited when I got both Micro Machines Star Wars playesets that featured it, then Hasbro's Slave 1 with a half assed version packed in, then the cared one which came out quite well. That one, I actually made a mount for it out of Legos and I put a ceiling over it with a gap where I could put a flashlight on the ceiling and the light would come through just like the movie.

I wanted my first images to convey my love for it and the best way to do it was to present it in the cool lighting scheme of Jabba's palace, and while it'll never get dark enough to notice like my camera can make things, i will rig an LED someday to have it do that on display too.

Oh, and incase anyone thought I photoshopped anything, the only photoshop work was the red glow and the white beams on the 2 images, the red glow on the wall and the glow on the slab were both achieved with small LED lights i have and the camera.

My wife and I started somewhere in the middle of Season 2 (we had to stop our honeymoon vacation for an hour because she wanted to watch it), then bought Ssn 1 DVDs with a gift card we got as a wedding gift. If you're into action/suspense (which you seem to be), I can't recommend it highly enough. We watched Season 1 on DVD in less than 2 weeks. The show kind-of forces you into the next episode.

Last I saw, Target was selling 24 for $18 a Season -- probably cheaper than renting (and easier to find). You're 7 seasons behind, so I don't imagine you'd have to concern yourself with catching all the way up and watching weekly. Just watch on DVD -- its better that way, anyway.

Looking forward to the Predator and Joker DX pics.

Sean, those are incredible. You could have easily one with any of those. In fact I actually like those better than the one that was chosen.

Thanks, I was really happy with how they all turned out, I pushed myself, not knowing who or what would be my competition, I just focused on doing the best I could and stepping things up a notch from where I've been at, and I learned some new tricks and refined some thinigs, the entire experience has been rewarding, it's just nice to have the ultimate reward on top of it all.

Here's a little appetizer of what's to come when I get my Predator figure, for now, the Predator 1/4 scale bust from Hot Toys.

I love the winning entry but this might be my favorite! Plus it reminds me of the old ROTJ tray, intentional or not it's awesome.
