Man, I never get tired of eating. I love all kinds of food :dunno

I love Indian especially. And I hope to have Chinese tonight! :yess:

All food is starting to suck, not just Mcdonalds. Nothing is really good anymore.

If you're talking about fast/processed food, then I would tend to agree (although there are good, even healthy, exceptions to that rule). But if all food is starting to taste the same to you, then you might want to discuss it with a doctor (seriously).

Fresh foods, particularly home grown or organically grown produce, are every bit as delicious, distinctive, and healthy as they have ever been. And there are plenty of sources still available for good, flavorful cuts of meat, fish, and poultry. They tend to cost a little more than the run-of-the-mill stuff, but they are worth it.

I know there's nothing wrong with me.

You're right about some home grown foods. There are only a few things that I don't get sick of. Off the top of my head I could eat red onions, sauteed spinach and chicken (obviously not home grown) all the time.

Homemade meals are usually great, but even they get frustrating when the ingredients you once used have changed dramatically. An example would be my mom's lasagna. It was fantastic years ago but then something happened. The cheese was just wrong or something. I can't really explain it. It wasn't my mom because she noticed it too. Now when I get the chance to go back home, she never makes it. That and stir fries were like her signature meals too.

On the topic of cheeses, how about pizza? I used to love pizza, UNTIL my favorite pizza places changed their cheese. 100% real cheese my ass.

Most things have the same bland taste. It also seems everyone lives to eat. That's all people ever talk about and they actually revolve their days around it. I'm just getting tired of it.

I can't be the only one that feels this way. Go to a restaurant and they're cutting back on something to keep costs down, yet all these ____ers are eating there. As for processed food all tastes the same in general, but it's a quick fix for most people. I know I'm always busy but there's no reason to resort to eating ____ day in and day out unless you're in poverty.

If I could, I wouldn't eat at all. Too bad you HAVE to. There are a few things that are appetizing, but the rest is just disappointing.

I like all kinds of foods. The good, the bad and the ugly.

I wish I didn't have to eat either, but I like food too much. That's why I feel for food addicts. You can't just stop eating and never touch it again like alcohol or drugs.

This is beyond my comprehension. :thud:

Eating is a pure and beautiful God given pleasure.

Have you never uttered the words: "This meal is better than sex"?

Those of us who have may not exactly mean it, but if you have never had that thought I feel genuinely sorry for you.

Heh, I don't wish I didn't have to eat, I just wish there was a way to eat all you want without gaining weight... wait, that bulimia! :lol :panic:

No, I think there is definitely something wrong (and I don't mean that to be insulting in any way). I understand that some people "live to eat" and others "eat to live", but in all the years I've been around this rock, I have never encountered a single person with a properly functioning sense of taste and smell who claimed that all foods tasted alike. They don't. There are more subtle and distinctive flavors out there than I could even begin to count.

He may have an issue with his olfactory sense. A lot of those subtle tastes are more smell than taste.

There's nothing wrong with liking food. Just like there's nothing wrong with bodybuilding hours a day.
