My only takeaways:

Daredevil is in She Hulk.
Daredevil has his own 18 episode series.
Daredevil was the most interesting character before the MCU and is now the most exciting character in the MCU.

Black Adam / Rock failed hard with the crowd WB must be panicking right about now.

Marvel didn’t even show the GOTG3-Marvel’s trailer and they still buried WB.

I think we are seeing the fruits of that old regime handling of the pandemic going full HBOMAX with 250 million movies.

As great as The Batman was that was still a murder mystery where the audience knew who the killer was right from the first teaser trailer!

Pattinson’s walk and eyes made that movie work brilliantly along with the atmosphere and batmobile scene.

But that movie did only good not amazing at the box office.

Phase 4 for Marvel is their failing phase and WB couldn’t even take advantage of that

Then again Phase 4 failing is 925 million for DS2 and NWH box office acting as an insurance buffer protecting the studio from any failures like Thor will turn out to be.

With that NWH box office Marvel won’t even miss a step with Thor under preforming.

BP2 is going to be huge though.

WB all you had to do was bring out Cavill and Affleck out on that stage and you couldn’t even do that.

Film...I can’t believe I forgot about her already from the Hawkeye series ..what is it about these MCU D+ characters that when a season ends it feels like I haven’t seen the show in years and it’s hard to remember some characters . Maybe it’s because they ping pong every month with a SW series or could it be that every D+ series is less then ten episodes

Currently in the comics, they have decided that mutants are actually deviants and the eternals are about to go war against them. I'm wondering if and when they'll adapt that for the MCU. They really want to make the Eternals relevant much like what they tried with the Inhumans. They're running out of ideas.

8 more MCU films/shows for Phase 6 will be announced at D23 in September.

I'm hoping for DS3 (featuring Mads back as Dormammu), something Midnight Sons related, MK S2, and a Doom solo plus an Illuminati flick, because otherwise I don't see Secret Wars working. At all. I'm assuming all X-Men stuff will arrive after Phase 6 so they're out for now. I can't think of anything else. Maybe Eternals 2 but why waste a slot on them when you're building up to SW and Doom has still not been introduced? Although I suppose they could combine the Eternals stuff with the big scope Celestial and Cosmic stories to seed Secret Wars. Stuff like Herc or a Wanda solo should realistically come after Phase 6.

I'm just curious to see how SW turns out. They've already mentioned Incursions, so the 84 version is out and they'll do Hickman's. That doesn't work without the Illuminati buildup and Doom. I can't see Clown Kang taking Doom's place and being the big bad of 2 Avengers flicks back-to-back. My guess is that they'll combine him with Molecule Man and have Doom one-up him and use his variants as a multiversal bomb to take on the Beyonder. Strange has to fit in there somehow as well, since at the moment he's the go-to multiversal guy. We'll see, I guess.

Marvel is worse than terrible now. It is definitely terrible but now it's also exhausting as well.

OK, just got back home from Door County, WI, where the internet (along with cell phone coverage) is just a quaint idea that hasn’t quite caught on yet. It looks like I have a LOT of catching up to do. When I got near Milwaukee I received a text from my son with this picture:

I took it to mean Phase 5 is taking some unexpected turns lol.

I know others have said it but another ending to a Saga with Secret Wars six years after Endgame feels like such a mad rush to the finish line that the fatigue of it all will eventually catch up with everyone. Those six years also include almost 2 years between Far From Home and Black Widow. So Phase 4-Phase 6 is 2021-2025. Infinity War/Endgame were built up to for nearly a decade. Just throwing tsunamis of content at us at a rapid rate isn’t going to change how tiring it looks.

Can’t say I’m excited for any of it. I’m just kind of bored.
