It looks better than Sideshow's yes, but in fairness to that figure, it's now pretty ancient in collectible terms.
I would get the Medicom one, but it's the high price that puts me off once again

I got one off ebay yesterday for 132 including shipping because Bing cashback went up to 20%. I can't wait to get it on Christmas!

bought it -opened it looked at it = really not feeling the love = sold it
hopefully sideshow will revisit anakin as in ask sideshow?

Picked this up for a good price from a LCS that is going out of business.
In a nutshell I like it better than the SSC version other than the belt and scale. Im anxious to see CW Anakin from SSC now with the Pro body.

I liked the Medicom robe but it was hard to get it right. So I tried this and liked the final look.

I doubt they will. If you can find the Medi for around $120 I think it's worth it. I put the SSC belt on him too and looks better than the plastic Medi belt. I love the figure and am usually more of a SSC guy.
I've seen 2 Medi Anakins go for around $100 on ebay recently.

I'd be patient and wait it out a year or so. By then you'll be able to nab him at around $80 or even less. StarWarsShop.com often discounts the Medi's by 50% after they rot at Medicom's MSRPs for a while.
