the cloak, I agree. But IMO medicom's clothes are just too slim, not screen accurate.

Nope! The medicom clothes are much better IMO. Just like SS's belt better.

Sideshow's clothes match the Materials used in the film, as well as the fit much better than medi's. Having said that, I do LIKE the medi costume, it flows better.

I don't know (and then you'd have to also add in customs fees-- but now you know how us north of the border feel ordering directly from SSC). But $99 is a good price for these Medi figs.

Picked this up for $65 shipped over at RS. I had the SSC Maul and cant wait to see this one in person. Went through this thread and you guys have posted some great pics.

My Maul showed up with a bum leg. The right leg is broke at the hip. Anyone know where I can get a RAH black body. I tried Ebay with no luck.

You can always pick up a regular nude RAH body and just replace the upper hip. That's what I've done for a majority of my Medis. The RAH unscrews into pieces so the replacement's quite easy. Plus, being hidden under his clothes, nobody will know.

I just took this apart more and see what your saying. I PM'd the guy to let him know so Im hoping for some cash back towards a body.
Whats up with the belt though, it doesnt come off the like the SSC Maul did. Does it come off?

Sorry to hear about that Joe! I can't believe the guy wasn't honest with you in the first place! I hope you get things straightened out. I don't think a new body or replacment leg would be that hard to come buy.

Yeah Im hoping he wasnt aware and will give me some cash back.
I just swapped out the screw with a longer one and its holding for now. Took out the broken plastic pieces and its screw on plastic for now. At least I can display him still.

Yeah hes standing ok til I can replace the leg.
I like my Stormy too even with the futzing I like better than the Medi.

This is the only Medi Ill probably own. Still pondering the Anakin.

Compared to the SSC I would say I like the Medi Maul better. Theres a few things I like on the SSC too though. I think they are both nice figs and cant go wrong with either. I wouldnt pay over $100 shipped for the Medi though.

Not sure and can't check since mine's boxed up and waiting for Lopie to respond for a potential trade. If you don't see any seams, then no. Assuming that, and since it's cheap molded plastic, there are two ways to do this. You can either heat it up and try to pull it down over the lower torso, which I don't recommend as the body could break more, or just remove the clothing and unscrew the torso to slip it off from the top. To get the robes back on, just unfold a paper clip, leaving the rounded edges in place, and use that to tuck the material underneath.

Don't worry about it bud, it's really no problem. I've been there too. I think just about everybody who's owned a Medi has.
