Dunno, that's for the buyer to find out. I bought a figure for 14500 yen and that got up to $223 before I got it in my grubby little hands, but I got stung in customs with that package so it's probably not a good comparison.
There are some fees that are the same no matter the cost and then there is a percent fee, it differs between the different proxys. Some want to be payed in USD and other in Yen, so depending if you are in the US or not, you might want to use a different proxy.
Here is a spreadsheet that a guy on Arcade Otaku made for calculating the fees. I have no idea how accurate it is, and it seems it's not updated in the last year, but it might give you an estimate. I use From Japan mostly when i get stuff from Yahoo, and they have a calculator on their site. But coming from the US I think Shopping Mall Japan might be a better option for you. That is an american company (I think) that has a US warehouse and take the money in USD.
