Honestly, that's not a bad idea!

But, really, why can't Medicom make more base bodies and their figures truly scalable? Yes, that they are shorter and skinnier than every other 1/6 company has been debated ad naseum. But the even bigger fault is that their figures aren't even to scale with themselves! Man that really bugs the crap out of me. There is no rational explanation for an Alien figure being the same height as, say, Speed Racer. If they made an Alien Queen it would probably be 11.8" too.

I love yor sig. It is soo funny.

Yeah, it is unfortunate that Medi don't do much about scale within their lines. I guess they see their figures as stand-alone pieces.
Weird.
But that alien will be soooo mine!

yep, that's basically what Takara did with the Microman AVP queen. luckilly, i got the Mcfarlane one that's to scale.
you won't have to worry about Medicom doing that, though. a queen wouldn't fit on a RAH body.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I will.
Unless I can find it much cheaper somewhere else, the points should be a good incentive to get it from SST.

If it is 300mm then that is about 11.8 inches. Beautiful sculpt though. I'm guessing it will likely come in around $150-175 seeing how their Ghost in the Shell fig will retail $175. Man, that'll be pricey.

There's no going around the size issue, but as I said in some other thread (I think), I believe Medicom's philosophy is more or less to make their figure as stand alone pieces, especially this alien. I don't think they even take into account how it should look next to other figures, they just build it on their usual body and try to make it as cool as possible.
And just from the pics, you can see this is light years beyond what they did in the 80's...

Funny I purchased the med alien version from ebay back in 2000. and yeah it was bad . A GI JOE body w/an alien head, the tubes on the back and a tail.

I got that same figure... seemed kickass at the time, now not so much I have the Predator as well; he's even worse
