Out of the box they are pure crap- retarded paint job, terrible bodies, and tons of unpainted accessories, but the sculpt are great and the outfits are 85% accurate. The only one I'm missing is Wolf but seeing how much they can be improved on with some patience, I really want her now.

If you ever find any one of them especially at a good price, get them and have some work done on them. You'll be one happy collector, Pliss.

I remember seeing someone who swapped the bodies from true types on onesixthwarrior and it blew me away how much better they looked without the Barbie bodies

Yup, I remember seeing those. I plan on doing something similar, only with Amnur's sculpts. Still waiting on him to do Liquid and Meryl.

I got headsculpt-painting crazy today and spent 6 hours repainting my Yamato Meryl (again). She's also been refitted with a seamless Phicen body. What a world of difference.

Please excuse the ugly hair, I'm not done with the repaint yet, so will update with completed pics soon.

After posing the body it takes time for the skin to settle, usually overnight. Those black dots are also the result of moving the joints, I had to wipe them off with a cloth.
