I hoped Square Enix would make them after they released their Play Arts Peace Walker metal gears.

Just make an account at https://www.bambalandstore.com/ before Tuesday.
Ray will be available 9am Hong Kong Time so thats 11am straya time (maybe closer to midday if your on daylight savings time).
Then you add to cart and checkout like any other online store and pay with PayPal.
(also be prepared to hit "refresh" for a while if the server is swamped)

Koto Ray looks superb (but would have like a mgs2 one better).
A 3a rex in Mgs4 state along with koto rex & ray are good enough for me.

The thing is the most distasteful sells. I used to hoard his art and some of the worse once, taste wise, would sell the quickest.
