I think it'll be sold painted, like how they sold the silent hill statues.

The one in the back is a 3D print of the model used in MGSV. So that would be the most accurate figure if they made one from it( which they tottaly should)

The Gecco staue looks decent, but id prefer a figure of the dame quality

Hopefully HT CEO doesn't change his mind and switch from doing Old Snake to GZ BB.

BTW, 3A finally got back to me. They told me if they have a spare panel (the one they neglected to send back with REX) they would send me it.

It's koto ray that I got. But I'm the one who took raiden gecco photos from the toy fair as well, so that might have confused you.
Raiden hasn't even been up for PO yet (I think).

So anyone still think Revoltech will do a regular size Solid Snake? I saw that Revoltech is now doing a Revomini of the Iron Man Mark VI suit, while they already did a regular size Mark VI. So it's possible they may have the ability to do so in the regular scale.

Didn’t have much to do today, so decided to finally open the Hot Toys MGS 3 figures and put them on display with the other 1/6 figures.
They’re pretty good I still prefer the old Medicom MGS 3 figures better, but the case is getting a little crowded now





Will try and take some better pictures with less reflections from the case later on

Didn’t have much to do today, so decided to finally open the Hot Toys MGS 3 figures and put them on display with the other 1/6 figures.
They’re pretty good I still prefer the old Medicom MGS 3 figures better, but the case is getting a little crowded now

Truly awesome display Rampy! Where did you get the diorama btw? Or are those plastic plants?

I agree that the Medicom Snakes are FAR superior, the HT Naked Snake is easily the worst 1/6 figure in my collection unfortunately. It's great for casual MGS collectors though.

Great display. Those aquarium plants looks neat & the rocky backdrop really complements the figures.
HT bb looks pretty good but RAH ones seem to hold much more value (from collectors' pov) despite
being released years before HT.

Thanks Mate, And yea they are plastic aquarium plants and a 3D background from a reptile tank. They just make the display look more interesting

I agree stop with Big Boss and make someone else, Please!

And yea I had to move the Cold War / Soviet Union version and re-pose him in a crouching pose and it was so easy to pose, where as the sneaking suit Hot Toys version suck to pose the joints are crap and the suit to me limits pose ability so just left them in a crap pose
So to me the Medicoms are a lot better!
