Bangkok, looks very nice! The pose is fine too with the goggles.

Looks great, cqc. I think you showed off the metallic look of bawse well. Is that the 'version zero' battle dress Snake?

Yeah i showed that pic before a couple times, thanks. Yeah its the premium package battle dress bb and the version zero, i have premium kaz to the right in another detolf cube.

It probably can work, I've seen people swap the heads on Solid Snake and Jungle Fatigues Boss.

Cockpit done with liquid inside.
Time to build the body.

No airbrush, For the camo I'm using krylon spray can. It works wonderfully and it's so much easier.

Anyone know if the Fox Hound jacket from the old 12 Liquid fits the newer Play Arts figures? I have one stored away and before I spend time digging it out I was wondering if it worth the time. Was going to use it for an old BB custom using the GZ BB.

Seeing a model of Snake is nice...but GSC needs to stop taking it slow with all their figures that are male :rotfl seriously, compare how fast it took them to show prototypes of Luigi and Toon Link to some of their schoolgirls.

I think GSC may even give us nendoriods of NPCs like Otacon too, if anything, there is hope for more than just Solid Snake. Considering that they've done a solid amount with the Nintendo licenses. Plus, it'll be a unique figure compared to the Revoltech and PAK (and we can all agree, the Nendoriod will likely resemble Snake more than the PAK :lol )

Beautiful! Are you planning to weather it? I have reservations on weathering my MGS figures because nobody gets dirty in the MGS universe. :lol

I don't have the PAK Liquid but I personally doubt it. That coat is actually pretty big, enough to accommodate a seamless muscle figure.

RP thanks, based on how that looks the jacket would be swimming on a PAK figure. Unless I took it apart and trimmed it and re sewed it. I was going to use a PAK Liquid but the jacket is too short.

Couldn't agree more, just look at the army of Kancolle being pumped out (But sales wise, it's understandable.)
~ But there's a series with a good numbers of male character, it's "attack on titan" which I have zero interest.

+ Noooo, I'd rather have Liquid than Otacon.

Yeah Attack on Titan is surprising, since they only did Mikasa, but three other male characters, Eren, Levi and Armin, plus there's a Titan figma in the works, same applies to the nendoriods as well. Hell there's even a variant of Levi for both lines (Cleaning)

But we need some sort of Otacon! Nendoriod Otacon would be amazing and adorable! :gah:

Goodsmile has always been interested in making characters from anime and AoT is pretty big ATM, so not much of a surprise there (personally, I just cant get over the drawing style to continue readingthe manga ver.).

There are so many potential characters for them to work on. Though I don't agree with you on Octacon, I can see him being made. (Hell, I'll buy one as well :lol)

no, i havent tried swapping the msf head with the gzbb one. the thing about paks are most of the neck pegs are an inconsistent size and its hit or miss if it will pop on. the peg may even be too small. i wasnt going to try because its not very game accurate imo. whatever i guess.

Oh man, I've noticed what you mean about the neck pegs. And the heads themselves have issues too where sometimes you have to force it in, and might break the peg. Like my old Catwoman PAK, and Heath Ledger Joker where the head won't even stay on. My Jungle Fatigues Snake's head came off randomly too.
