i forgot about my preorder of the original pak gz bb through entertainment earth. they just charged me and shipped. very inopportune time but whatever i guess. i havent seen anyone else post pics of him yet so i will do a comparison with the metallic version when i get him.

I hate when sites do that...though I can't blame you for forgetting Jason, we don't really get updates about PAKs that often compared to other Japanese companies. A Comparison would be great to see though, especially since I'm on the fence about buying the Metallic variant when I found it for under $100.

Over all the paint is pretty good this time, except for the beard part as you can see (the other head suffer from the same issue but on the opposite side )

Yeah the whole beard has problems, but in the grand scheme of PAK I still think it's one of the better looking MGS figures. I think they nailed the Sneaking Suit this time around. The PW version they did was dull and too darkly painted, but when you play the game it's got a lot of blue highlights on it like this newest figure.

Usually get 2 of each, and getting a 3rd for $7 why not? It will be a great figure for a custom. I'll get 3 of TPP one too so can mix parts. I want a horned mechanical arm sneaking suit version for my shelf. Also want to make a cast of the head so I can make a trenchcoat old Big Boss.

That should look pretty good.

I got mine for $89.31 and that's already bad enough, so one will do just fine.
