This guy is ____ing awesome. The size of these things is pretty damn great too, makes paying almost 50 bucks for a fig worth it.

Can't wait for his Jungle Fatigues now.

Would be amazing if they released a MGS1 or 2 snake similar to the play arts figure. Sure i'd love Hot Toys 1/6th figures but the play arts would be the next best thing!

Guys, might any you know of a good place where I can get some official MGS posters? Ebay used to have a good amount, but now, you'd be lucky to find even a single legit poster amongst the pile of bootlegged rubbish...

Some good news: Ashley Wood's "Art of Metal Gear Solid" is back in stock in bookstores everywhere, including Amazon.com :clap. The retail price is $19.99. The first printing of this book was pretty limited, and I remember a few months ago, when new copies were selling for $100+ on Ebay :monkey1. Get it before it's gone (again)!

Amazon.com has it on sale for $13.99:

MGS posters are really getting almost impossible to find.

Your best bet is Yahoo Auction Japan but there aren't too many posters there either. But I'd give it a try every week though ;)

Thank you, Kiko, for this awesome custom you made for me! :)
Here are some initial photos of Kiko for my Big Boss A.K.A. Snake from the possible-game-of-the-year for the PSP, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker:

Will post a kitbash down the road. :) Thanks again, 'Master' Kiko.

Thanks bro Solidus! :wave Yeah, this was just a mock-up bash by the customizer to show me the photos.. I am collecting bits and pieces to complete the Peace Walker bash. Definitely won't mimic the Play Arts Kai figures, though, for the purpose of variety! :clap

Congrats bro! That head-sculpt looks amazing :clap. You'll defintely have to change the uniform though.

God I wish Hot Toys got the license for all 4 MGS games. Whoever is in charge of approving licenses at Konami wake the hell up and give it to Hot Toys NOW!!!!

Well, the CEO of Hot Toys, Howard Chen, did mention that a few of Kojima's staff members are huge fans of Hot Toys, which he said was a "positive omen". Hopefully, Konami grants them the license after Square Enix is done.

Definitly...I want Snake from MGS 2 first. The Naked Snake from
MGS 3. I don't want any version of Raiden until way way way down the line. Want all the members of Fox Hound from MGS 1 before HT would even touch Raiden.

I'd just be happy if someone announced a full MGS product line period. Even if they approached it by giving us Snake from any game, followed by a villain or two, then another Snake, some villains, etc.., etc...

At least we'd have an ongoing product line. I just wouldn't want multiple variations like how Medicom did it.
