Well, not all that well. I mean it's easy to see press coverage from the corners and safety's. You can tell if the DE's are playing wide to contain a running QB. You can see if the LB's are pressing to blitz or staying in a zone. You can send a WR in motion to see if the D is playing man to man or zone coverage.

That's about all I know really.
