I'm getting it from BBTS. Anyway, I saw it on their FB page. Someone asked, and this was their response, "the standard started shipping today, so hopefully not long now!" So we'll see.

Oh ok, well I sent them an e-mail to see if I can pay pre-orders with paypal, supposedly only new customers have to pay preorders with credit card.

Did you also get the light blue PX EX? Or did you go for the Dark Blue EX?

I'm getting two figures, the light blue/yellow oval and the black, both from the same place, bbts. I prefer buying both from the same place, and after going over the book (one page at a time :lol), I finally decided that black is a "better" representation of the character, but I like the dark blue also.

So after looking at all of these for awhile I decided to cancel the yellow oval version and ordered the Mezco exclusive dark blue. I like that it comes with everything and the blue looks really nice.

Oh hnnnng I'm crying.... through my *****.

Very nice pics!!!

I read somewhere that while this is a homerun, their attention will shift now onto Star Trek. Apparently they've been clamouring for that for years. Imagine Kirk and Spock done this well.

That would be a dream come true.

Why aren't you 1/6 :slap

Pre ordered the black version, but kinda like the blue one, although it's a US exclusive right?

I actually applaud Mezco for this. Some may think that they might make more money if they made this 1/6 instead, but what they did IMO is brilliant. They know that there are too many players in the 1/6 game already, most sharing the same licenses, and see how Mezco stood out that some of us (including me) wish that this very figure was in 1/6. It's not a wasted opportunity for Mezco. It shows that it was a wasted opportunity for Medicom with that medi-ocre TDKReturns Batman. I have not bought a 6" articulated figure in almost 10 years, and this would be my first.

My small collection is a mix of 1/6 and 1/12, but the primary criterion is Quality.

With few exceptions, the bulk of the 6" figures I do have are higher end Japanese releases; and I'm really pleased to see a North American company stepping up their quality game and better still, bringing innovation to the table.

It's about time given that Asian companies seem to have been embarrassing North American companies in the global marketplace for too long.

Much as I love my 1/6, I'll give you that...my 1/12 are easily twice the fun.

I find my self switching more and more to this mentality. It may sound like blasphemy... But I enjoy the NECA 7" Keaton Batman much more than my DX09.
