Yep, maybe it took a little complaining a few hours ago on the last page, but they finally got them in today

Did you get it WM or ebay seller because WM has it back in stock. Maybe you should try to see if WM would replace it

EBay. Just started a twitter account and tweeted them pics. This. Sucks. So. Hard. I am in love with this thing, and for it to be faulty just kills me.

Off eBay? From a regular seller? Or an authorized Mezco dealer?
Ebay? Then you should be able to contact the seller and get a refund or replacement. Ebay protects your purchases. Just contact the seller first, then ebay

Seller doesn't replace/refund opened merchandise. There was no way to tell it was defective without opening/playing with it.
I'm hoping Mezco comes through. If not, I guess those are the breaks. I'll never buy anything they make again. Just have to wait and see. Four days with no response is crummy.
Then unfortunately you have to open a case with Ebay and tell them that you have a defective product and even though the seller doesn't refund opened merchandise you should open a case.
Here's the real problem, when ebay starts a case it could take up to a couple of weeks, because they have to contact the seller and see what they are willing to do. Then you have to wait what the seller agrees to do with ebay. Then more than likely you will get your money back. However this process could take up to a month depending on how the seller is.

Aren't these easily opened and closed back? Can you tell when one of these hasn't been opened before?
