Sure as hell seems like it. I can't believe Transformers is now moving to it's what 4th and 5th films? But they make money, so Bay will never be stopped unfortunutely. I was thinking if Hot Toys does the Turtles, I would strip them of their ridiculious outfits and do custom comic/cartoon outfits for them. A do rag on Raph? no thanks.

They actually don't look THAT bad seeing as how this is coming from Bay. I was expecting something way worse than that to the point where they weren't going to be even be recognized upon first sight. At least they're relatively close to the source material aside from the few things here and there. I'm just worried about seeing sewers getting blown up left and right throughout the movie.
