Yes. The "asking for donations" was meant to focus on an aspect of that particular article to get people riled up. I would call that "sensational". Yu bet.

You say you aren't riled up, but reading through your posts in this thread, its clear that you are. If what that article says is true, perhaps rightly so. But I am just saying at this point it may be a bit premature.

:lol Dude, you can point out things that you disagree with without being "riled up" or truly emotional about it. Well, some of us can anyway.

And you think the purpose of that AP peace was to get people riled up instead of just reporting facts? I obviously don't agree. but that is an interesting take.

Irish, again... seriously...
you don't even live in California... WTF? :dunno
Isn't anything fun over there you can do instead of being "rational" here?...
:lol:lol

We all know you're here Trolling...
I think people are still talking crap about HT's Silk Specter... why don't you post there instead?

Do you actually want to discuss any of the things I've brought up, or are you too busy posturing and getting personal?

At least Pixletwin can hold some actual and civil discourse (even if he's wrong ;) :lol ).

I've been watching the memorial for the past hour or something...it is nice so far

I thought it was very nice as well ................ I for whatever reason wonder if Arnold Schwarzy was there. Don't ask me why, just an odd thought :dunno

Possibly, but I doubt it. Seems like that would certainly have been covered somewhere.

He did issue a very nice official statement about MJ last week, though.

I'd love to... but it's pointless!

Sorry if I sound offensive...
but I just don't understand why some people need to spread negativity all over this thread... :dunno...

Whatever. You make it sound as if I'm one of the ones making pedophile jokes left and right. I'm not. And I'm sorry if anything other than mourning or praising MJ is deemed "negative", but there are other actual issues involved with his death, estate, family, memorial, etc that can be discussed and should be able to be discussed civilly. If not, you always have the option of ignoring instead of personally attacking. :lecture

Yeah no kidding...
it's heartbreaking... :monkey2
I thought the memorial was very fitting, emotional and respectful...
I'm also glad that people behaved, in and out of the Staples center...
And I liked what Marlon said:
"Maybe this time, they'll leave you alone"...
