Considering the many models gracing the covers of top selling magazines are 15-17 yrs old, its hardly pedophilia.
Not in good taste but but she's hardly a toddler. At any rate I just went to a sleazy site and took a gander at the non nudes that have surfaced and as provocatively as she is posing I'm willing to bet this guy has actual nudes.
I don't understand the appeal, since I like mine with curves.

I refuse to believe I'm 37...I feel like I'm 25. 
And Bannister - Miley does have that deep, raspy voice in person too.....
Well, I have to say that in this day and age, anyone who is willing to make sex tapes or take nude photos should know better - ESPECIALLY if you are a celebrity....those things always find a way of getting leaked......always.

Which models are 15-17 on what covers? Right now the top models in the country are all about 22-25....
As for the NNs yeah they are provocative but the real question is if the guys who hasn't been silent about having them puts them out, then one would assume he'd be hit with Child Pornography charges simply due to her age right? Despite her being a celebrity this is a lose/lose for this guy because even if they don't get him directly what sites or publications will be willing to take on the risk of the pics?
One has to wonder about the leak of these as well.....it came out that Jessica Simpson performed an "adult" solo show for Tony Romo via Webcam while he was on the road and he kept them on his HD....those haven't leaked.....its interesting how some are all over the place without fail and some the news hits but nothing more...

As for the covers.. Any mag oriented towards teens and tweens will feature young models in bikinis on the covers. At the store I used to work at we actually had a problem once about putting up provocative magazines but we were contractually obligated to do so. Had to work out the whole legal side...

Exactly, that's why I laugh at stuff like this. Didn't the same thing happen to another Disney star recently? If you're going to take photos of yourself, I'd be a little more careful about who I show them to.
That Vanity Fair photo shoot didn't even look remotely risque. To me it looked like she was locked up in Tim Burton's basement for a couple of months, with that pasty skin and black hair.

As for regarding the papparazzi, if you don't want to be followed around, then don't do that profession. Those people whine like little ^^^^^es it's pathetic. Personally, if you give them nothing to shoot, then they probably wouldn't follow you around. It's these nut jobs that like to do crack on the street and beat up hookers that get pictures taken of them (not that doing crack or assaulting hookers is wrong...:
). If you don't want the fire, then stay the ^^^^ out of the oven.

So true - I think a lot of the stars today (especially the younger ones - and Madonna) love the publicity. They seek it out - then of course have to moan about it - but if they didn't constantly see their names and photos in print or on websites they would freak out. They love the attention....they just don't want you to think they do. Hell, a lot of stars actually call the paparazzi and tell them where they are going to be!
