wow congrats so far guys. Those are some great gifts.

Wish the new 12 inch 300 figure had come out at a different time in the year, I would have groveled for that one LOL. It will be a while before I have the finances together to buy one for myself. Hope they don't sell out within the next year so I can ask hubby for him for Christmas next year LOL.

I came home today to find an unexpected addition to my shelves:

The Color Creature Dio!

I've been on such a Universal Monsters kick lately, I guess the wife noticed and sent in a request. If you only have the SSE, you're missing out, the color one is frickin' wonderful! Pictures and words simply cannot describe...

She told me the box said not to open until Christmas but she was afraid it would get broken. (they way our closet looks now, she's probably right)

I sent in a request for anything Universal Monster related for myself (selfish, I know), but I know this was her request that was fulfilled because there was a card with a kinda personal message from the Mistress explaining who requested what and why. I won't say exactly what the card said, but I will say got a great chuckle from it.

So thank you to Sideshow and my wife! The past couple days have not been kind to me, so I'm extremely happy and grateful for this gift and will always think of my loving wife and the good people at Sideshow whenever I look at it. Which will be a lot because it is gorgeous!

My Mom got a box today from Sideshow! I asked for the HT Godfather figure for her and SSC granted the wish. Really nice of Sideshow to do this as I have very little for gifts this year and really wanted to buy one for her since she's a Godfather fanatic. I can't wait to see her open it in a couple of weeks!

I'm really hoping Sideshow gives my brother the Creature PF I've been asking them for for the last couple of years. My brother is a big creature fan, but never was able to swing the PF. He isn't into collecting as much as me, but even he was impressed by the Creature PF. So I've been asking for that Creature PF for him every year and haven't lucked out so far

I was a little worried they might not grant the wish as I thought the HT Godfather was completely sold out, which is why I didn't ask for the Premium Format version. I doubt they could grant your wish since they likely don't have one around they could give away. Better to ask for something a bit more realistic like the Creature Dio for your brother.
