My collection has Batman, but I am eager to have a Batman with Joker that lives up to the quality of my final Joker. It'll be nice to have a Batman from TDK as nice as this figure will look.

I traded mine because I'm getting the DX one. So I have my 2 Jokers and Two-Face but no Batman. It sucks but when that DX shows up it'll be more than worth it.

I'm keeping mine, between what I paid and the extra posability in his neck, it has it's uses, it's a neat Batman, it just poorly represents Bale in TDK, which the DX will do nicely.

So I bought a normal Dark Knight Batman and am hoping the pers head form the DX will work on it... I have the DX preorderd... An then Ill leave the Sonar on the DX so it can be Lit up without switching heads so much... I hope the Pers head will felt on without any fuss or mods but Im not sure... I think its worth having 2 Batmans... Ill have 5 Jokers when I get the DX cause I have the DC Direct, V1 and Bank Robber right now... Wouldnt have it any other way wont be selling any of them any time soon...

yeah I like my original TDK bats, so i'm gonna pick up just the 2 DX heads and the sticky bomb gun for it...hopefully the heads will fit on the original body, i dont see why they wouldnt but ya never know

Depends on the size of the ball joint in the head, Iron Man used larger ball joints than standard figures and the heads would go on regular ball joints but it wasn't as secure as it could be.

If the DX is with the bigger ball joint is there anyway to fix the problem ?

Well, you may find the head sits on the smaller joint of the regular figure fine enough for your purposes, or you could probably find some material to help fill out the socket on the DX head a bit more to hug the original figure ball joint tighter.

Just to make sure... I did read here that most likely the sonar eyes lights up through an embedded LED inside the body and less likely directly inside the head so just buying the heads may not give you the sonar function you are looking for?

hmm, could be i'm not really sure. If that is the case then i'll just get the regular head instead, i really like the interchangeable mouth pieces

Well right here in this pic of Wesker that Snake-Eater posted, the entire light component is inside neck joint which should be removable. (?)

The rear panel of the DX Joker head opens so that the PERS can be adjusted and it's nicely concealed by the sculpted hair. Does the rear of the DX Batman head open too to access the PERS mechanism? If so, then the head will have a visible and unattractive seam around the rear?

It'll be interesting to see how the pers are accessed. There is no obvious section in the back of the head I can think of which could hide the visible access point...
